Sleep is probably the most underrated health-term in our everyday lives. The phrases, "Sleep is for loser" or "I'll sleep when I'm dead" or "I just need an X amount of hour to sleep to function" are the terms we've heard and casually instils in our brain. However, sleep is the easiest version of getting healthy both physically and emotionally that we, as a human, can do to our body. It is no exercise, it is no psychiatrist included, it is no calories restriction in the equation. You just basically sleep, and your body will fix the things need to be fixed inside your body. As long as you set an 8-9hrs time in bed every single night. Wonder why? Tuned in to this conversation Lila and I had about Sleep and more from the Outlive book by Peter Attia. I hope you are ready to accept and give yourself a permission to just...sleep.
