Derrick’s background showcases a gifted serial entrepreneur and experienced executive with extensive knowledge of growing and scaling businesses towards profitability and exit. Derrick has been a Founder, CEO, COO, President, investor, and advisor for more than 100 companies from main street family-owned businesses to two of the Fortune 5.

Derrick founded and designed Playbook Systems, a management operating system used by health care, legal professionals and manufacturing companies. He has written three books about lean and lean management including The Front-Line Managers Playbook, The Lean Managers Playbook and AMP Your Outcome.

And while his business track record speaks for itself, What I love about Derrick is that he is fun. He has a passion for life itself that is utterly contagious.
