In this episode, I dive into the Scottish mythology of the Nuckelavee, a terrifying horse-human hybrid from your nightmares. We'll look at this frightful spirit as well as its weakness, which brings me to the topic of boundaries. I'll share how my lack of boundaries has hampered my life, and why boundaries can be such gifts - even when you're telling people no. We'll look at the importance of boundaries in our lives, and I'll share a framework about how to think about boundaries with those you're seeking to serve.
