Good episode? Give it some love!
Schaelder Yesco, APR Supply and Industrial Piping three distributors in three different lines of trade have created a new model of partnering that we explore in this episode with Schaedler Yesco Distribution CEO Jim Schaedler and Greg Schaedler, branch manager.

Joining me for this discussion is Scott Costa, publisher of ted Magazine.

You ll learn the history of how the companies leveraged the same ERP platform to unleash creative thinking to create a new business model that is creating growth for all three companies at lower costs.

We explore the four necessities of this type of strategic alliance – culture, customers, need for growth, and trust.

The model, as you ll se is very cool, but a key part of the story is the human part of the story.  The trust the business leaders have in the other allow for the alliance to be governed by a one page outline of guiding principles and a handshake.

The story is very cool … I even get a little philosophical at the end .
