Riley Compton (IG: ri.compton) is an Officer in the Marines who is training to become a bobsledder in the 2026 olympics.  She played softball at The George Washington University and was involved in leadership programs such as SAAC (student athletic advisory council) and leadership academy with me. 

She is one her of an athlete and leader and we discuss the physical and biological makeup of being a female plays into the role of being a great athlete. We talked about childhood motivators and even things things we struggle with now on occasion.
