Leanne has seen Crossroads from many different perspectives: as a club volunteer, a member of the staff team and most recently a member of the board of directors. She is the founder and owner of You Name It Events. 

Leanne:

• is the founder & principal event designer at You Name It Events
• is a pizza connoisseur (She says deep dish is best.)
• believes order > disorder
• has a reputation as a "hard workin’ girl boss"
• is best auntie ever to one niece and five nephews
• earned a B.A. from Carthage and an M.A. from San Jose State University
