In this interview we start talking about relationships.  We chat about connecting with our own self and connecting with passion.  Meditation is also beneficial according to Rev. Tracy. I will have to try guided meditation.  

We chat about bullying and Reiki. As a Reiki master she offers a youth Reiki group for children 14 and up.
