Kelly Long chats with Sarah Pavey  an Independent Consultant and Trainer. Sarah has been a school librarian since 1992 working in state and independent sectors. She has spent a considerable amount of time in the classroom as well as the Library, consequently she is passionate about developing information literacy skills, critical thinking skills and independent learning skills throughout all key stages.
