Before beginning the PSR adventure, James was a Branch Manager at Hill McGlynn Associates for over 5 years before creating his own recruitment business.

James’ journey has taken PSR from a small team located in Dunston Business Village in Staffordshire, to a team of over 90 staff in 6 UK Office.
