1:32
Excited to be here . I look forward to talking with you further
1:34
.
1:35
Yeah , of course . Well , you have an incredible
1:37
background . I'm really excited to share
1:39
a lot about why you
1:42
started ShadyRays . Like what was your journey
1:44
? Like ? We're talking about mindset to help
1:46
our listeners , whether they're thinking about running and
1:48
fitness , or even entrepreneurship
1:50
and business . I think you have a lot to offer here . Also
1:54
, talk about your company , what it offers in how
1:56
you support the running community . I
1:58
also noticed that you're doing a lot of good
2:00
things for the broader community and
2:02
you're giving back . There's a lot of great
2:05
things that I'm excited to talk about here .
2:07
Sounds exciting , ready to jump in .
2:08
All right , let's do it . Let's just start
2:10
with your journey , as just roll back
2:13
the clock a little bit and tell us where
2:15
were you in your journey when you decided to
2:17
start ShadyRays .
2:19
ShadyRays was founded , really
2:21
in a side bedroom in 2012
2:24
. At the time , I was in brand
2:26
management , corporate marketing , but
2:28
at a pretty important inflection
2:30
point in terms of consumer media . That
2:32
was the point in which Facebook
2:35
was starting to really take hold . Twitter
2:37
was becoming more mainstream , instagram
2:39
influencers were starting to become
2:41
a thing . I was learning
2:43
the ropes of marketing and marketing
2:46
strategy , but I really
2:48
wanted to get into the weeds and grow and build
2:50
. I was always
2:52
attracted to sunglasses
2:54
as a really cool product that
2:56
I was excited to wear and buy as a style accessory
2:59
, but one
3:01
that I always felt like was overpriced
3:04
. Of course , it's nothing against other brands
3:06
, but I couldn't afford them myself . The Oakleys and the
3:08
Raybands of the world . It
3:11
always stuck with me that you do these amazing things
3:13
outside but
3:15
you're wearing a $300 piece of plastic on your face . I
3:19
decided to build a lifestyle brand around
3:21
outdoor adventure , outdoor activities
3:23
, outdoor sports like running and
3:25
cycling and other sports , and all
3:28
the things that people love to do outside , specifically
3:31
around a sunglasses brand that serves those communities
3:33
. And that's what I did , starting from
3:36
really humble beginnings . In the early
3:38
days , my father shipped all of the
3:40
orders out of his formal living room . Product
3:43
was on a card table product , was sitting
3:45
next to the fireplace on a card table and he
3:47
put them in garbage bags and drove them to the post
3:49
office every day , every day that there were orders
3:51
not every day even had orders , but
3:54
I don't come from experience in the eyewear
3:56
, so it was really learning and talking to customers
3:59
along the way and just iterating
4:01
as we go , and
4:04
that's been the story of Shady
4:06
Ray's . And now , 10 years later
4:08
, more than a decade , it's pretty crazy to think
4:10
we've built up an amazing team
4:12
that's located throughout the country
4:14
representing a
4:16
lot of different lifestyles , and
4:19
we have our fulfillment center where we ship every
4:21
order around the world , right here and right
4:23
outside of Louisville . Kentucky is where I am .
4:26
I love it . I love it . Thank you for sharing that , chris . A
4:29
lot of what you said was around mindset and I wanna
4:31
dig into that a little bit more , just
4:33
hearing your story about where you started
4:36
right , starting small your dad was
4:38
helping you which I've read about you online . I love
4:40
that story about how your family came together to
4:43
form this company and
4:45
I think , when we think about either whether it's fitness , running
4:48
, business we have to be perfect
4:50
on day one Well , I can't be a runner
4:52
necessarily because I'm not a runner today . And
4:55
same thing in business . So I can't be an entrepreneur
4:57
because maybe I don't have the experience
4:59
of an entrepreneurship or in business
5:02
. So I love what you said about kind of
5:04
starting small and then building from there
5:06
. In 10 years later , look where you are .
5:09
It's been an exciting ride , and mindset you're right
5:11
, mindset is a huge part of it , and
5:13
so I'm always thinking about the
5:16
ways that I can set myself
5:18
up to do the most productive work , energizing
5:21
work , and have the right
5:23
sprints against projects and
5:25
balancing that out with the
5:27
right type of fitness , the right type of meditation
5:30
and whatever's gonna keep from burning
5:32
out and keep the ideas
5:34
flowing . And that's a , I would say
5:36
, for me at least , a constant battle , but
5:38
something I'm very cognizant of .
5:41
For sure . And I'm really curious
5:43
about shady rays
5:46
and how you came up with this idea . So
5:48
you mentioned that you like sunglasses and you saw
5:50
a need or you saw a problem that you wanted to solve
5:52
. Did you go through some sort of ideation
5:55
process to say , well , here are all of the things
5:57
that I'm interested in and hot , and then you
5:59
just narrow it down on this or this was just
6:01
an idea . One day You're like you know what , I'm looking to make
6:03
a change in my life and I'm just gonna go
6:06
full speed ahead .
6:08
So I was always very entrepreneurial
6:10
, and so I was the person that
6:12
was always sharing a new idea with friends
6:14
and family . That could be anything
6:16
under the sun , right , and
6:19
a lot of bad ideas , maybe some good ideas
6:21
, some ideas that ended up happening that I wasn't part of
6:23
, and so when I came
6:25
up with shady rays , I did have that context
6:27
in my head of here are some other options
6:30
, but I
6:32
didn't really start to execute
6:34
something until shady rays . I mean , shady rays was
6:36
the first thing that I was like said okay , I
6:38
have a brand , get the
6:41
trademark , get the website , set up social
6:43
media accounts and let's go and let's figure it out
6:45
. But I definitely
6:47
was thinking about ideas in lots of different areas
6:49
, which gives you context to say like , how
6:51
big could this thing get , how much opportunity
6:54
does this have ? How much competition is this area ? It's
6:56
kind of like when you're looking for a house and
6:59
you see the one right away , you don't know
7:01
if it's really the one , but as you see a lot
7:03
of options that are not
7:06
, then you start to recognize
7:08
when you have a winner . Although I
7:12
never assumed it was gonna be big , I never
7:14
assumed anything , it was just this
7:16
is a great platform to start
7:18
and learn and build from , and that was my
7:20
mindset .
7:22
Love it , love it . And did you have
7:24
to overcome any kind of barriers to get started
7:27
? Or , like you said , you had an entrepreneurial
7:29
mindset , you were ready to go . Or like
7:31
, did you think am I gonna be successful
7:33
at this or am I gonna fail at this ? Or any
7:36
fears or worries that prevented you from getting
7:38
started that you had to overcome ?
7:42
Yeah , I think there were a lot
7:44
of fears or insecurities
7:46
in terms
7:48
of did I have what it takes to
7:51
put something in a market that was relevant in iWare
7:53
that I didn't have experience in ? I
7:57
think the way I got through that was
7:59
just taking steps forward and putting
8:02
things in market and then just trying to rapidly
8:04
learn as much as possible . I certainly had a lot of roadblocks
8:07
. I had not had experience with supply chains , working
8:09
with overseas manufacturers , and
8:12
I'll tell you a story . We
8:15
brought in one of the very early
8:17
shipments of products right to my parents house
8:20
a couple containers and
8:23
what is the biggest
8:25
problem you can have with sunglasses
8:27
and a product that are supposed to let you see
8:29
great and shape and protect your
8:31
eyes Warped lenses . So
8:34
all of these products look great . We had a warped lens as you
8:36
couldn't even see , and
8:38
meanwhile we drained the bank account to buy that product
8:40
, and so there's
8:42
a lot of landmines in the early days , but
8:46
those were things that you just kind of are able
8:48
to develop the processes against . Especially
8:51
in that case , the manufacturer
8:54
was able to reproduce that product , thankfully
8:56
, because I didn't really have a lot of recourse
8:58
and we got back on track . We were
9:00
able to sell enough to just keep
9:03
moving and have the cash flow to keep going . But
9:06
there certainly is a long
9:08
road . When you do a little
9:10
bit of Google research and you go out there and you find manufacturers
9:13
, you learn about importing and
9:15
how to do that effectively and pass customs
9:17
and have labeling requirements , and so I
9:20
look at it as number
9:23
one . You can't think about an end goal or
9:25
a timetable or a dollar revenue
9:27
goal . You're going to get to Like I never thought about a
9:29
revenue goal . All I thought about was
9:31
just tackle the next thing and
9:33
just put it on market . The curiosity of wanting
9:36
to put more things in market and see
9:38
what happened , like that , was what
9:40
kept me going , and I don't think I would have kept
9:42
going if there was some sort of financial
9:45
target that was in the near term because
9:47
, as I said before , I
9:49
didn't pay myself for five years . I mean , it was a lot
9:52
of just investing and
9:54
back . But what
9:56
I learned along the way were
9:59
the things that people were looking for and what they wanted and
10:01
the colors that they wanted and the shapes they wanted and
10:03
they want these features . They want a sport wrap , and what
10:06
did they do for ? Running
10:08
is very big for us . Fishing is very big for us , right ? All
10:10
these things you learn in this hyper
10:13
real time social media environment and
10:16
that we use that
10:19
. We use that just to kind of build the plane as
10:21
it's in air .
10:24
For sure , and you know that's really interesting
10:26
. First off , there's a lot of crossover again between
10:28
business and fitness and a lot
10:30
of what you're saying , and I'm just wondering
10:32
. So , being in corporate for many
10:35
years myself , it's interesting that you said
10:37
you didn't really have a revenue goal , because that's like the exact
10:39
opposite of how it would be in corporate . Right
10:41
, you always have a revenue goal , you always
10:43
have financial targets , and
10:47
so it's kind of interesting that you're able to
10:49
overcome some of those early
10:51
challenges where if you did have those
10:53
targets set and you didn't meet them , then
10:55
you would have been discouraged and decided
10:58
, hey , this is not for me or this isn't working . So
11:00
that's really interesting how you kind of approached that
11:02
and it led to your success .
11:04
Well , we took a different approach than some
11:06
brands , especially the brands that are most
11:08
often the new . So what we did not do
11:10
is go raise venture funding
11:12
, have a lot of money in the bank , drive
11:15
to scale , have additional series of funding
11:18
fundraising and maybe
11:20
not be profitable initially but be
11:22
able to build out the team early and
11:24
again . That's a great approach for a lot of brands
11:26
. It's just not the direction I went . So it was
11:28
. For us it was bootstrapping , figuring
11:31
out along the way . We
11:33
weren't accountable and still we have no
11:36
outside investors to any
11:39
external metric or a 30-day
11:41
P&L and these kind of things . And now we're
11:43
sophisticated and we have
11:45
those targets and we plan
11:47
accordingly and we have a finance team and see if we're right
11:49
back into it . But
11:51
in the early days you don't have
11:54
enough . I don't think you really have enough of
11:57
a base to set those things
11:59
up with any sort of reliability
12:01
. And so they say the scene
12:03
of the accident from a business plan
12:06
is when you put it in execution
12:08
, because it's hard to determine
12:10
in a boardroom what's going to happen in the real world . So
12:13
that's why we always think about go
12:15
to market plans , do innovation as
12:18
minimum , viable products
12:20
and things we can put out in the market and the market will
12:22
tell us what works . And
12:24
if we can react quickly and know how to execute , then
12:26
we'll build from there .
12:29
All right , all right . So you talked
12:31
about the communities that you
12:33
serve or the customers that you serve . You talked about
12:35
running . So it's a running podcast , so let's
12:37
talk about that a little bit . So I was mentioning
12:40
to you before this conversation that . So
12:43
just a little bit about me . So I've been a runner for many years
12:45
. I ran in high school but took a number of years off
12:47
, got back into it just a few years ago
12:49
, mostly through obstacle course racing
12:52
, but also through road races , and
12:54
a good friend of mine calls it my midlife crisis
12:56
. But through COVID I
12:58
started to run outdoors . A lot more Gyms
13:01
were closed and when they opened I didn't feel comfortable
13:03
going . So I'm running outdoors in
13:05
the summer , in the winter , it just didn't matter
13:07
. I was out there and I was just saying to you I've
13:09
been wearing sunglasses in a long time . I'm like , wait a minute
13:11
, I should be wearing sunglasses just in
13:14
general , but especially for running . So
13:16
just tell us a little bit about that . You talked
13:18
about serving the running community
13:20
Maybe not unique
13:22
, but what's specific
13:24
, I would say , for the community in terms of your
13:26
offering and how we should think about this .
13:29
Yeah , I'm excited to talk about this . We have a lot
13:31
of runners in our brand
13:33
community , and so there are
13:35
a few things that we found are very important
13:38
, and that goes for our team as well . Number
13:41
one it's important to
13:43
have the variety of frame
13:45
shapes that people look for . So you have a lot
13:48
of runners that look for a lightweight
13:50
, tight grip , more aerodynamic
13:53
wrap frame . So
13:55
for us , we have one called a Velocity , and
13:58
it's a smaller to medium fit . It's really
14:00
great for a more functional lens
14:03
for runners and it gives you
14:05
peripheral vision that's very , very
14:07
tight on your eyes , so
14:09
that's great . More of what we would call
14:12
a crossover frame for us is
14:14
a little bit more lifestyle in
14:17
terms of its look , but has
14:19
the functionality that you would need to running . So for us , it's
14:21
called our cascade frame . It's
14:24
a great unisex frame , but
14:27
it has a lifestyle look with a lot of non-slip
14:29
features . So
14:31
you have the rubber nose grips and
14:35
the build . That's just met
14:37
for a lot of different terrain , running into
14:39
different areas and different speeds . Our
14:41
difference really , now
14:43
that's how we kind of build wide variety for runners , but
14:46
our differences especially
14:49
when you think about under $100 space , is
14:52
in lens quality and lens performance
14:54
. So we are all about building high
14:56
quality lenses , polarization
14:59
, color enhancement to give people
15:01
a really hyper effective
15:05
view from optical clarity , color
15:07
enhancement and blocking glare
15:09
as we're running . So that's really our difference
15:12
, and so for us , we're just
15:14
about to launch actually we're a couple
15:16
of weeks away from launching our color
15:18
rush version of our lenses and we'll have that in our cascade
15:20
and that is our best
15:23
quality color enhancement and very
15:25
specifically it pops especially
15:27
reds and orange colors and
15:30
yellows and pinks . So if
15:32
you're running , you're going to see any
15:35
kind of signage , you're going to see brake
15:38
lights or lights on bikes , you're going to see it different
15:42
signs of the road that are more red in nature in
15:45
a hyper fluorescent type of way . We
15:49
also just think that our lenses allow
15:51
people to see the world in a beautiful way , so just
15:54
enjoying the view and the performance
15:57
of the optical clarity that is truly
15:59
probably the the number one reason people come to us
16:01
for running is because we're giving people the optical clarity
16:03
of a high performance
16:05
product that's much more expensive in
16:08
a variety of frames . Sport wrap to lifestyle
16:13
that people are looking for .
16:15
I love that . I love that , and that's probably
16:17
been a deterrent for me , because there's certain
16:19
types of products
16:21
that I've seen on the market not yours that
16:24
don't really appeal to me . So I like the fact that
16:26
you have that variety , that
16:28
, for someone like me that may not want
16:31
something like that , I have some other options
16:33
to choose from , with also the benefit
16:35
of having , you know , really good visibility
16:37
and good clarity through the sunglasses .
16:40
Yeah , I mean there's a you know , listen , there's a
16:43
lot of different things that and
16:45
that that people need
16:47
when they're running in different conditions
16:49
. You know it's hot , you have lenses
16:52
that can fog , so that's a consideration in our
16:54
design , like I said , the lightweight
16:56
, the tight grip and the strong performance
16:58
of the lenses . I mean there's a lot that
17:01
gets wrapped up into it , but
17:03
it's something that that that we
17:05
do and focus on , because you
17:07
know , the other thing if for us is we do lost or broken
17:10
, so people lose it , they drop it , they
17:12
break them , we replace them and that's kind
17:14
of our reason for being , and so for
17:16
us , pack the quality
17:18
in , but if you lose them or break them , we we hook it up . And
17:20
and of course , we got a lot of fun
17:22
stories of people that have been out
17:24
running and Including trail running
17:27
and and had some funny stories there .
17:29
Well , I can only imagine . I have some funny stories
17:31
that don't even involve sunglasses , so I can't even imagine
17:34
what that's like . And
17:36
you know , funny story , just not even
17:38
running related . Just a long time ago
17:40
, probably the last time I Were sunglasses
17:42
outdoors , I was out golfing and
17:45
I had my glasses and you know , I , for
17:47
whatever reason , I decided I needed to take them
17:49
off and leave them on the the seat of the golf cart
17:51
. Well , you can only imagine what happened
17:53
next . So that's probably part of the reason
17:56
why I haven't worn a glasses instead
17:58
. But it's something that I definitely have to check
18:00
, you know , check back into . And this is great information
18:02
for our community , because we're here to
18:05
not only help inspire and motivate
18:07
Folks to run , but also
18:09
give them the tools to be successful
18:11
Right and help them along that journey . So
18:13
we have a variety of topics on the show and
18:16
it's just so cool we haven't had this topic on
18:18
, but just to kind of raise a level of awareness
18:20
. Number one you need to wear
18:22
sunglasses when you're out doing
18:24
your runs . And then here is a really great
18:26
solution for our community .
18:27
Yeah , and and and really you
18:30
know I just enjoy Talking about our product
18:32
and connecting with you and your community . So I'm
18:34
not here to sell product but it . I
18:37
think people do underestimate generally the
18:39
need for UV protection when they're out in direct
18:41
sun and Running , especially
18:43
for long distances . So from a
18:45
coverage perspective and , of course , the UV protection
18:48
perspective , really important
18:50
. So , whether you are a shady razor or something else important
18:53
to consider and I'm the , and I
18:55
always tell people like that sometimes you have to be really careful on the lower
18:58
price Items that you might get
19:00
it . You know , the not more non-branded commodity stuff
19:02
. Not everything has the UV protection you're looking for
19:04
. So you're thinking about your running gear . A
19:08
reputable brand that has UV protection is important
19:10
, but but always like to emphasize that point too
19:12
.
19:13
That's a really great point . So are there different levels
19:15
of UV protection , just like your
19:18
sunscreen , like different SPF , or is
19:20
it just you have it or you don't have it ?
19:22
It's generally it's you have it or you don't have it . So you're looking
19:24
for UVA UV protection , 100% UV
19:26
protection , sometimes called UV 400
19:28
, and and any
19:30
sunglasses that say
19:33
UV protection is usually going to be UV 400 slash
19:35
, 100% UV protection . But
19:37
Very important to get that
19:39
because you can put the tint on On on
19:41
glasses and you would look as though
19:43
it's blocking the rays . But not every pair
19:45
does , but you know the most reputable
19:48
brands do . It's kind of like this , the
19:50
lower-priced commodity stuff that you can kind of run to problem
19:53
with , but I think that's .
19:55
That's important .
19:56
Obviously there's a large price range
19:58
and gap and kind of different options out there and
20:00
there's other great brands too . But , like
20:02
I said , I think what we're trying to do is just give people
20:05
Package is much , quality
20:07
in the lenses is particular and frame from
20:10
durability , but but the whole package
20:12
and we got to keep it under a hundred bucks because that that's
20:14
our MO is like a great person I'm glad to , should
20:16
be under a hundred bucks . That's what we believe , and
20:19
so that's been our focus .
20:22
Love it . Love it , Chris . This
20:24
is awesome . I love you know the information that you're
20:26
sharing with us . This is very informational and
20:29
you know , I know , that you and your company
20:31
gives back to the community . So you
20:33
know , let's talk a little bit about that .
20:35
You know the work that you're doing , why
20:37
you're doing it and , yeah , so
20:39
being a brand that that works
20:42
for purpose and do good in the world has been very
20:44
important to us from the onset . A
20:46
couple big milestones we've reached we've donated 25
20:49
million meals to Feeding America . That's
20:51
fight hunger . In the US , we've picked
20:53
up more than four million bottles and throughout the oceans
20:55
worldwide through a partnership that
20:58
we have shared all organizations there . But
21:01
our most recent Endeavor
21:04
is our series impact program . So
21:06
we have a selection of
21:08
charities that we work very closely
21:10
with directly and
21:12
it really is about helping people through
21:16
their life's most challenging moments . And
21:19
one of those organizations is called the rock
21:21
solid foundation incredible organization
21:23
. They are Serving children
21:25
that have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer and
21:28
our pediatric oncology patients . They're going play
21:30
sets for children . We've done one as
21:32
a team . They were giving ready
21:34
bags to families once when
21:37
a child is diagnosed from the hospital . We
21:40
have a partnership with the organization out of Colorado
21:42
called first a sense . They do it outdoor
21:44
adventure trips for people that that have cancer
21:46
or MS or other other other Illnesses
21:49
similar to that , and our
21:51
team is going on those trips , spending time
21:54
volunteering . But it's
21:56
about giving people incredible
21:59
moments where they can
22:01
Not
22:03
think about , not think about their diagnosis
22:05
for a moment . That's what the founder of rock solid says . When
22:08
they give a play set to a child , at
22:10
least for that moment , well , they're not thinking about
22:12
, they're not thinking about cancer . That's this direct quote . So
22:14
it's it's very inspirational , but
22:17
for us it's just about
22:19
being able to be able to do good through
22:21
our work and then , as we scale
22:24
, then we can scale the good that we can do , and and
22:26
so that's been pretty powerful . We work with the foundation
22:28
. We have a program of them coming up , I , as
22:32
well as various other organizations
22:35
, best Day Foundation
22:37
in San Diego with autism , and so there's
22:39
a variety of things that we try to do , but at the end of the
22:41
day , we're just trying to be an authentic brand
22:43
that cares about doing good , and we want
22:45
that to be integrated into all the
22:47
, all everything that we do Love
22:50
it , love it .
22:51
Well , thank you for everything that you do and
22:53
you know again congratulations on all
22:55
the success that you have in your business
22:58
and how you're serving not only the running community but
23:00
the broader community by giving back
23:02
. So , chris , what's
23:04
next for you and what's next for Shady Race
23:06
?
23:08
Oh man . Well , we're right here , getting through
23:10
summer , that's our big peak time . So
23:13
all of these conversations about what's next
23:15
, that's what we're getting into here soon , talking about
23:17
next year . But we're just trying to
23:19
continue to innovate , push our quality
23:21
forward , come out with exciting new products
23:24
, really
23:26
set the pace where we can with
23:29
new innovation . All
23:32
the programs and team goes along with it . We're
23:34
continuing to build our team across the country , which
23:37
has been really exciting to bring people into our mission
23:39
and how we're looking to grow , and
23:42
it's just been exciting ride . So we're just we're
23:44
continuing on that path . But
23:46
we want to be the most loved
23:48
sunglasses brand the price sunglasses brand in
23:50
the US . We want to be one of the leading brands , not
23:52
the leading brand , but
23:54
the only way we do that is if we can serve customers
23:57
and serve a community and stay super
23:59
tight in conversations with these different
24:01
communities and people that we serve , and
24:03
so that's what we're trying to do every day . So we're
24:05
just showing up every day trying to put
24:08
something better out in the world than we did yesterday
24:11
, and if we do that , we'll have some wins
24:13
and we'll have some losses , but hopefully
24:15
, on the whole , we'll be moving forward to do
24:17
some amazing things .
24:19
Awesome , awesome . So , chris , as we
24:21
wind down here , what is the one
24:23
thing you would say to our community to
24:25
inspire them to run with
24:28
sunglasses ?
24:30
I love that question . I think the
24:33
number one thing I would say to inspire the
24:36
community to run with sunglasses is
24:40
it really just give it a try and see how
24:42
you feel . At the end of the day , it's gonna be unique to
24:44
each individual person , whether
24:47
they want to wear them , whether it feels natural
24:49
, whether it's gonna work . I know everybody
24:52
has their unique rituals and running is
24:54
such an important sacred moment and activity
24:57
for so many people . But
24:59
I would encourage them to try
25:02
a polarized
25:04
, color enhanced lens , like our Colorush
25:06
or any others that they're
25:09
excited to buy in the market and
25:12
just see how it feels , because I think
25:14
there's a lot of great options out there to give you the protection
25:17
that you need . And I would argue I'm
25:19
a little bit biased , but you're gonna see the world
25:21
and you're gonna have your view of your run . It's
25:23
gonna look a little better , it's gonna be easier on your
25:25
eyes and you're gonna look
25:27
good doing it . So it's worth a shot
25:29
. And if you take a shot at ours , if you don't like them
25:31
, well , we'll pay to ship them back . So it's really no
25:34
risk if you're someone that doesn't wear them normally
25:36
, but of course , we
25:38
think it's a piece of the puzzle . Like you have your
25:41
shoes , like you have your running gear . We
25:43
think sunglasses is another important
25:45
piece there .
25:46
Absolutely . Thank you so much , chris . I really
25:48
appreciate you being so generous with your time speaking
25:51
with me about the work that you
25:53
