Life happens to all of us and a long chain of disappointment, delay and failed expectations can create a huge mountain of doubts. Doubts if not properly managed can become the wedge that keeps us from moving forward. “What If moments” will create doubts or hope. What if moments are suppositional? It’s a gaze into the likely outcome of a move or a decision. Most times however these moments have given birth to more discouragement rather than hope, insecurity in place of confidence, pessimism rather than optimism and fear instead of faith. With doubt you see all the reason why it won’t work, why you can do it, why you don’t deserve it but Can we try and flip the flop and try hope? Hope sees possibility, and birth faith, faith always acts (hope never resigns to fate and quit trying). With hope perhaps those “what if” moments can be the fuel that gets us there in life.
