Trans-Europe Express charted at 119 on the American charts and was placed number 30 on the Village Voice's 1977 Pazz & Jop critics poll. Two singles were released from Trans-Europe Express"Trans-Europe Express" and "Showroom Dummies". The album has been re-released in several formats and continued to receive acclaim from modern critics. In 2014, the LA Times called it "the most important pop album of the last 40 years."


"Mirror in the Bathroom" is a single by British ska band The Beat released as a single in 1980 from their debut album I Just Can't Stop It (also released in 1980). It reached number 4 in the UK Singles Chart 


Dennis Emmanuel Brown CD (1 February 1957 – 1 July 1999) was a Jamaican reggae singer. During his prolific career, which began in the late 1960s when he was aged eleven, he recorded more than 75 albums Brown had further success himself with a discomix of "How Could I Leave You", a version of The Sharks' rocksteady standard "How Could I Live"
