We've talk about boundaries before, but this time we focused on boundaries specifically around holiday's and the pressure of saying yes to all the different events surrounding the holidays. News flash!!! It is okay to say no to some of them - your family should understand. You should never fill your plate too much to where you can't even enjoy the holidays.
