Jeff and I worked together for a bit at the Red Iguana in SLC and really forged a good relationship during that time. He is a gem of a human being and a wealth of knowledge in the restaurant industry. He has a great sense of humor and a wonderful knack for telling stories. I had a great time with him and I also want to mention that this was the first podcast that I did on zoom.
I have reviewed all of the material and at times it is difficult to hear and understand, but that is something I am working through. As I figure out more of the settings and nuances of recording I have full confidence that it will improve in a very short period. So, I want to thank you for going through the growing pains with me. I know this episode is far from perfect, but if I waited around for perfection I would never have done this podcast to begin with. Peace.
