Dehydrator - to dehydrate and preserve your food, canning is a forgotten art
Heirloom seeds - high carb/high calorie
Solar chargers - instead of batteries (which do not have a long shelf life)
Learn how to make a fire in a variety of ways
Learn how to make your own plant based medicines; tinctures, salve, tea, poultice
General first aide

Be prepared - don't wait for a pandemic!
