This mini meditation is designed to help us to treat ourselves with loving kindness. So often our critical selves are quick to point out and judge us. We need to see ourselves through a lens of compassion and kindness. When we begin treating ourselves with compassion, it can turn our judging critical thoughts into a loving voice of positivity. In turn, we are able to see the world through this lens. This mediation practice is meant to serve as a tool that you are able to use throughout the day- turning the judging critical mind into one of gratitude and compassion for our being.
