Outlining our ‘why’ behind doing this podcast. How do we define health and happiness? Why are these things important? What is it that we hope to accomplish through these conversations? Simple - to hold ourselves accountable to the things that we’ve found to deliver the biggest ‘level up’ in life so we can inspire that inner being that really drives this show called life, and as a consequence inspire each other, and anyone else along the way. Human beings are a piece of art, a woven tapestry of intersecting storylines. Who we are is entirely up to what story we are telling ourselves, and the story that we tell ourselves determines the habits and patterns we develop in our lives. These habits and patterns are outer expressions of the state of health that we reside in. Health is or should be our natural state of being, and as we move away from what is natural for us, our health can get disrupted. How do we return to what is natural and healthy for us? Mike and Grant discuss their approaches and what sorts of habits they are currently employing to feel their best, to move towards a natural state, and to be happy and healthy.
