State 4-H Council members Austen and Ashley chat with Megan, a 4-H alum from Polk county, about mental health awareness and programming within Iowa 4-H. They discuss different ways both youth and adults can learn more about mental health through a variety of programming and trainings offered through the Iowa 4-H program.
