Johannes makes the point that what happens with the Land has a great influence on the nations. If certain things happen to the Land it means hope or judgement for the nations. When the Jewish people were expelled from the Land because of the diaspora, the Gospel also left the Land. What does it mean now that the Jews are returning to the Land?
