After a really long break in navigating my career as a 20 something year old. 2022 taught me many lessons and one being how important the it starts with action philosophy is to me.  

As a career focused individual, 2022 helped me realise the importance of personal life in business. Without bringing your best self to the table, you can't do your best or bring out the best in others. Taking care of yourself should be your no.1 goal if you want success. Taking care of your health, sleep. mind , habits etc learning how to make decisions, how to have a healthy love life etc THEY ARE ALL IMPORTANT - I lost sight of how until I hit another rock bottom last year which caused many reflections and realisations - many topics important to be discussed which is why I'm excited to be back with greater intention to provide more value to listeners.
