I’m recording this during the first snowfall of the year and this change in season has had me thinking of the change in seasons I go through in business! As a business owner and a high achieving person, I often find myself looking for more to be doing and not intentionally looking for times to slow down.
So in this episode of 'It Starts with You', I wanted to reflect on embracing the seasons we find ourselves in.

We’ll discuss:
• Comparing your season to others.
• Embracing the season you're in. 
• When to slow down and when to speed up.
• Preparing yourself for the fast seasons when you're in the slow season.
• How sometimes we are forced into a season, but seasons don’t last forever.

It is important to be intentional in order to recognize your season or you might be missing out on what you need most!
