When I got my first job, I was so excited to just be there. But whether or not I thought about it at that time, my employer and I had entered into a partnership.

When we are in a partnership, whether business or relationship, there is give and take. We look at what you can provide to me and what I can provide to you in order to make this an equal exchange.  Everyone needs each other on the same level.

But what happens if things start to feel out of balance? This has come up in conversations with several clients lately. So today we’re diving in to find out if you are playing offense or defense with your clients.
