Mark loves pricing. As a child, he often wondered why companies always used 99 cent price endings, asking himself this question: “Do companies think we’re stupid?” He had a chance to study this question during his doctoral program at the University of California at Berkeley and hasn’t looked back since.
As an instructor for Pragmatic Marketing, Mark teaches companies and students around the world how to build, market and price products that people are excited to buy. As he says, “My biggest thrill is watching people experience the aha! moments.”
