This is something I’ve been doing for years and every time I do an energy audit my life changes. The practice has had different names and different processes over the years, but it’s essentially the same. We’re reviving, clearing, shedding even more so that we can clearly see and stop perpetuating self-destructive behaviors. If we don’t take a minute to pause and look at our energy, then clear and re-attune it, we become things that we never meant to be.

These cycles happen naturally anyway, like the changing of the seasons, but being conscious and aware through those transitions is what is going to bring your next level out.
