This is our first episode of "It's the Journey for Me," hosted by Rhonda Curry-Martz and Kristine Martz Givens.  Rhonda and Kristine are sister-in-laws and have a passion for making a difference in the world.    Despite their differences in age (there's a 25 year age gap), backgrounds, and experiences, they share a common goal to inspire growth and positivity.  

In this episode, they talk about the reasons for creating the podcast, one of the main reasons being the desire to support stroke survivors and provide Rhonda with a platform to share her experience after having a stroke at age 34.   They also share the story behind the podcast name, which holds deep personal meaning to Rhonda.
