That word is the word GROW which needs to be understood to see any form of success in life and business.

You cannot grow in maturity and stay the same. Something has to change.

Your business should be maturing in different areas. Whenever things are difficult and challenging that is an indicator that you need a new strategy. The old strategy is outdated, ineffective and doesn't work. 

If you keep making the same decisions in your business, finances, and relationship you are going to get the same outcomes. Stop trying to dress it up, it's probably the same old strategy.
