   It’s our first Tax Talk –Tim Ness so since the April 15th Tax Deadline-and callers were quick to ask—Sioux Falls Best Tax and Bookkeeping Service for almost 20 years how to get started for the 2024 earnings year and 2025 tax to be paid year. We know the deadline that Ness Tax and his team were up against for the April 15th Deadline----and now that the deadline has passed—it’s given Mr. Ness a chance to listen and answer calls—as well as share what’s new in 2024-2025.

   3 quick calls in the show----wanting answers—and who knows more or willing to share then Tim Ness.

   Not only does he provide the Uncle Sam Tax stuff---but State Taxes in 20+ states around the country. People love moving her to South Dakota and Sioux Falls-and we appreciate that he can help them with State Taxes in states that are still charging in addition to Uncle Sam. How he keeps track of all the other regs in those states is a story in itself. But those that need help---really want to get it paid and move along and what a benefit to have Tim on 2024 and beyond.

   Good questions for callers who gave their names as Larry or John or Carl----and Tim was able to answer for them---and those listening in a way that is truly very special.

   Strange at the number of tax returns like from 2020 that is due May 7th. 

   In addition to all of the federal and state returns that he does---he also helps people with their business and bookkeeping. Sometimes qualified and knowledgeable bookkeeping is hard to find. Ness Tax can do it.

   Having worked with Tim with this show for a number of years—I’m always impressed that he is able to know so much---help so much----and make those needing help find that if anyone can do it ---it’s Tim Ness.

   Businesses must now register with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to avoid $10,00 in penalties or jail time. 

    Then you have LLC’s----Biden Administration calling for expiration of tax cuts and job act with highest capital gain tax rates in recent times.  IRS is now telling us the will step up audits for partnerships and corporations. Identify theft is thrown in---tax man wants fair market cut in rental value----

     People often move funds from one bank to another and sometimes they forget—and get lost. Tim Ness to the rescue.
