   Our It’s Your Agri Business Show---actually started the Memorial Day Weekend with topics that affected travel—what a mom and her two daughters are doing to remember the soldiers who gave their all for their country---Joe Batchellor gave us the Memorial Day Weekend “To Enjoy the To Do List” in Sioux Falls. 
    Just a few of the topics in this last—Pre-Memorial Day Show.
    We kept our promise and are following Denise Guzzetta and her two rising Jr’s at O’Gorman on their project to remember our Veterans. Each grave at the Memorial Cemetery will be decorated with a red carnation.
    Juliana and Ava were able to share what they are doing---with not only their family and friends but in 6 appearances in our Business and Agri Business Shows. 484 are buried—there ---and all be remembered between 8 and 9:30 Saturday morning.
    We’ll do a follow-up with them and Mr. Purple Heart—Ken Teunissen in our first show back on Tuesday---following the weekend.
    You could see the pride from Purple Heart—these young people remembering those that gave their all. They are setting an example for others to do the same in years ahead---or to visit a cemetery this weekend and look for those that include veterans –which is virtually everyone in the country.
    Wow!!! Thanks to Ken and other veterans for their service—and to this generation for caring enough to keep them in their thoughts. The sounds of “Amazing Grace” made us feel like we were right at home
    Darren Hefty—Ag PHD gave us an update on the late planting and the heavy number of weeds. Spraying is needed and in some cases farmers trying to decide to spray or plant. In Oklahoma---disease in wheat has people concerned. Strip rust disease is in place too. 
    Joe Batchellor--- Downtown Sioux Falls---gave us some things to look for during this Memorial Day Weekend. Sioux Falls is looking to what comes next with June 1st---coming next Saturday. What will we see and where will Sioux Falls be. We’ll keep looking and keep listening on what Sioux Falls is doing to keep people coming.
    The President of Growth Energy---Emily Skor joined us. As we shared with our audience—it has been awhile since we had her on the air---and we will work to try and do that a couple of times a month. Our conversation talked about Growth Energy---using E-15 Blend---and why what we do with that blend is so important to our farmers. 
    Alla---Ukraine---an update---sharing Ukraine—hearing Putin talking that he will be ok with idea of cease fire but only if Ukraine and the rest of the world recognize the Russian troops current positions as the new border. This only proves Putin’s desire to have a strip of land between Russia and bordering democratic, west oriented country like Ukraine. 
    Iowa Climatologist Justin Glisan ---gave us a wrap on the deaths in Iowa from the storms this week and what all was affected. He was good to get us after some confusion I’m sure from our end. What a job he did this week. Thank you ---with you and Laura Edwards---that is truly special for us. You are great professionals.
