At the start of the session, I ask you to gauge the level of your chronic pain, on a scale from 1-10. Then at the end I again ask you to revisit that pain scale to discover how much the pain level has gone down. Also, I ask you to notice, not just your increased level of comfort in that previously problematic area, but also how the rest of your body feels more relaxed and calm.
