By planning and preparing I imply investment, commitment into the things you are hoping for. You don't just sit back fold arms and hope. You plan for life, life should not be left to chance but should be planned and prepared. We know that no plans and preparation is adequate enough to cater for life's surprises, that still isn't an excuse not plan.
