Is Isopropyl alcohol a central nervous system depressor? Nausea. Irritability. Headaches. Poisoning through skin contact or inhalation.

It is very hard to get poisoning from inhalation. You would need to be around a massive spill or be doing it on purpose through huffing to get high.
