As a constitutional law

0:17

attorney, former senior legal adviser

0:19

and personal counsel to president Donald

0:22

j Trump, Jenna Ellis, believes

0:24

in the rule of law, and the importance

0:26

of integrity in our elections. And

0:29

she's ready to tackle the big cultural

0:31

and legal issues facing America.

0:33

Ellis is the Jenna

0:35

Ellis show. Here is your host

0:37

Jenna Ellis.

0:40

Hello friends, and welcome to another episode

0:42

of the Jenna Ellis show. I'm Jenna Ellis and

0:44

a lot to talk about today. We have my

0:46

good friend, MIKE LINDELL, who is joining me

0:49

today because he has

0:51

announced he is running for R

0:53

and C chair to oust Jenna

0:55

McDaniel, or as I like to call her Rana

0:57

Mc Moron, and she absolutely needs

0:59

to go. So, Mike, we

1:02

I wanna talk to you first about that, and then, of

1:04

course, get into some of this other election

1:06

and Twitter stuff, but First,

1:09

you know, what what's your position here on

1:11

why Ronald McDaniel has completely failed

1:13

and why you're running for RNC

1:16

Well,

1:16

it was about ten days ago, I

1:18

guess, now. I was approached.

1:20

Obviously, I've had problems with over the past

1:23

couple of years when she didn't do anything for

1:25

the election. I call it election crime.

1:27

She calls election integrity, which

1:29

is a very weak word.

1:30

But

1:31

they raise money in twenty

1:33

twenty and

1:34

for the election to

1:36

fight to MIKE this and and

1:39

they spent didn't spend a dime. Now whether

1:41

they were afraid of a law fair or whatever, I don't

1:43

know their reasoning, but it was very

1:45

the whole country. So what are you doing? Where are

1:47

you, R and C? Same way with Arizona

1:49

right now. They've abandoned

1:51

the America first candidates.

1:53

they she didn't even she didn't

1:55

even congratulate Matt to Pernod Ricard

1:58

and Christina Karamo in

1:59

her own state of Michigan when they

2:02

won the in the primaries. And she didn't

2:04

she just totally ignored them. Anybody

2:06

that was they had anything to do

2:08

with election anything with the elections.

2:10

I wanted to fix our elections. It's

2:12

very kind of a mystery there. When I was

2:14

approached about ten days ago by big

2:17

donors, And they said,

2:19

we're not gonna give anymore to the R and

2:21

C something changes.

2:23

Two thousand eighteen, let's look at Ronald's

2:26

report card.

2:27

two thousand eighteen f, two

2:29

thousand twenty, f, two thousand

2:31

twenty two, f, and it shouldn't be

2:33

I would rank that the absolute worst

2:35

one because it should have been the biggest

2:37

red wave in history based on

2:40

our footprint that we are in this

2:42

country, the most critical time ever in our

2:44

country, and she did

2:47

And then I talked to

2:50

I talked to people

2:52

within the R and C, the state

2:54

leads. They called me up. I I spent

2:56

a week doing my due diligence and they said,

2:58

Mike, we really need you. We believe

3:00

a businessman can fix this. We

3:03

believe that we if we don't fix the elections,

3:06

If we don't fix the elections, our

3:08

donors are gonna go by the wayside because

3:10

we're not getting any results. And

3:12

you're not gonna get results unless you

3:14

fix the elections. our election systems.

3:16

And so I prayed

3:18

about it then, and I announced earlier

3:22

this week and on Monday,

3:24

and they in

3:26

January, I believe it's, like, the twenty third

3:28

of January. Remember, everybody, this isn't a

3:30

public vote. is a hundred and

3:32

sixty eight, three from state

3:35

within the within the R and C,

3:37

three from every state or territory,

3:40

and So you need eighty

3:42

five to win.

3:43

I I'm

3:45

gonna be calling I've I've called quite a

3:47

few, but I'm gonna be calling each and every one

3:49

of them.

3:50

to find out what they see as a problem within

3:52

the R and C, and

3:53

I'll be telling them, you know, what I think I

3:55

believe can needs to be done to fix

3:57

it.

3:58

And and

4:00

we'll go from there. I I'm I'm all in.

4:03

This needs to be the

4:05

RNC needs to be fixed meeting.

4:07

We're in a we're in a apex in history.

4:09

If they don't if they're gonna sit there and ignore

4:11

the real problems

4:12

based on Same old status

4:15

quo, the same input's gonna give you the

4:17

same output. You have Ronald McDaniel,

4:19

the longest running share in over a

4:21

century.

4:22

And for what, you don't reward failure

4:26

in any business.

4:27

And so I'm I'm

4:30

looking forward to it, and I've got a

4:33

you know, one of the things they're not looking

4:35

at is the

4:36

the current footprint. I guess

4:38

none of them are looking at you. Why did

4:40

we fail three times in a row?

4:42

We

4:42

spent all this money. We raised a

4:44

billion dollars. We raised four hundred

4:47

million dollars. Well,

4:48

I'll tell you why because you backed out

4:50

of everything that had to do with elections.

4:53

You

4:53

didn't say you didn't where was the R and C

4:55

when all these secretary of states breaking

4:57

all these laws in our

4:59

states because of the China virus.

5:01

Where were they then? Where were

5:03

they when the citizens right now,

5:05

Jenna, have over fifty lawsuits

5:07

going on in this country to help our

5:09

elections or to get them right or to get not

5:12

just get rid of the machines, but mail in

5:14

voting, all these other things that were done

5:16

illegally, where's the R and C?

5:18

Why are these citizens putting up their money?

5:20

Why is this why where are they?

5:23

And that's the biggest thing. It's

5:25

disgusting. That

5:25

that's such a great question, Mike.

5:27

And and that raises, I guess, the

5:29

next question, which which is for these

5:31

board members or these hundred and sixty

5:33

eight people who actually vote for the chairperson,

5:36

are they establishment or do

5:38

they see the problems and actually

5:40

want change. You

5:41

know, I haven't went through them all yet, Jenna, but

5:43

they from what I've heard from the members

5:45

I've talked to, which are very, call

5:48

it, pro America first

5:50

role. You know, they're they're they're

5:52

they're

5:52

good people. And the

5:55

ones I've talked to, and they said there's probably

5:57

about forty to

5:59

sixty

6:00

of the members that we would call,

6:02

I would call, uniparty, deep

6:05

state, establishment,

6:07

somewhat globalish? Who

6:10

knows? That

6:12

that would where that's where these guys put them.

6:14

No. I haven't talked to everyone yet.

6:16

So but I'm just using I'm getting using

6:18

their own numbers. And then you have

6:20

about forty to fifty

6:22

of them, let's say another third

6:25

that would have I would have their

6:27

vote,

6:28

and that's what they're telling me. And then you have the

6:30

middle third where

6:32

they're they would they're somewhere

6:35

between, you know, the first group and the

6:37

second group. They're all in there and there.

6:39

And you'd have to find out where they

6:41

sit. but I'm very frustrated. That

6:43

middle group is very frustrated going,

6:45

they don't know what to do. They don't know

6:47

why, you know, when it's sitting out there,

6:50

and

6:50

your and your R C makes decisions.

6:53

When they made decisions not to look

6:55

into elections, they just did this

6:57

in Arizona. We had all this stuff

6:59

in Arizona. to help Kerry

7:01

Lake and and Mark Vinsham and Blake

7:03

Masters ELON the crazy stuff that went on

7:05

in Arizona with these machines malfunctioning

7:07

on the morning of the election. and

7:09

the R and C comes in and says, okay, we're

7:11

gonna help pay for everything. We pay for anything.

7:14

As soon as they heard the word

7:16

that we the relief would

7:18

be a new election.

7:20

Whoa. No. We're not gonna we're

7:22

looking forward. We're gonna look

7:24

forward. We're not gonna look back and say,

7:26

know, we don't Jenna change up paradigm or change

7:28

and, you know, have this anomaly that happened. We

7:30

don't wanna fix this. We just wanna

7:32

look at it. And then we're gonna jump over

7:34

to Georgia and and raise money there

7:36

for Hershey Walker or tell me everybody

7:39

that's what they're doing, and you abandon

7:41

Arizona. shame on you, Ronald

7:43

McDaniel, shame on you, RNC. It

7:45

is it this is this is

7:47

very bad. I'll tell you, Jenna, I

7:49

get in there and one of the first things I'm gonna

7:51

do

7:52

is probably fire all their lawyers. They're

7:54

either giving them bad advice or their

7:56

or their cowards. There's it's it can only

7:58

be one of two things. Good.

7:59

Well, I'll

7:59

tell you I'll tell you from my experience, you need

8:02

to fire Justin Raymond. He's the one that

8:04

Ronald McDaniel said that

8:06

she was going to fire in the midst of the twenty

8:09

twenty election aftermath, and

8:11

he just basically just went dark. And

8:14

then after They basically abandoned

8:16

everything in the aftermath of twenty twenty.

8:18

He came back and he is one of

8:20

the worst establishment hacks

8:22

that I've ever seen and and

8:24

as part of Stowe, you know, the election integrity

8:27

group in DC. And so remember

8:29

that name for sure because he is one. He's the

8:31

chief counsel of the R and C. He's absolutely

8:33

terrible. But, you know, with this this

8:35

race is just a whole host of I think really

8:37

frustrations, Mike, because

8:40

everybody is seeing who cares about our

8:42

country. So all of the patriots,

8:44

all of the America first people see

8:46

that the R and C is

8:48

raising money just for their own benefit, that

8:50

they're abandoning Arizona. They

8:52

they abandoned even before the election. You're right.

8:54

They abandoned America first candidates.

8:56

Anybody who even

8:58

questioned the outcome of the election in

9:00

twenty twenty they abandoned. And then,

9:02

Jenna was going out with, you know, Joe O'Day

9:04

in Colorado who had absolutely no

9:06

choice or who had absolutely no

9:08

chance and is one of the most

9:11

pro choice candidates and

9:13

yet here she is fundraising

9:15

for him instead of going

9:17

to places where people actually care

9:20

and say, okay, we really need to

9:22

get behind these candidates. And so the

9:24

RNC, to me and the Republican Party

9:26

Jenna Egypt has

9:28

completely lost their way. And so

9:30

I hope that you can get

9:32

in and shape this But Lee

9:35

has also announced his candidacy.

9:37

Are you concerned about a split

9:39

vote?

9:39

No. No. No. No. No. here's

9:41

what I welcome anyone in there because

9:43

here's why. You know, Ryan's previously, he got

9:45

in on the seventh And

9:48

I just looked back at some history here

9:50

that people were telling me. you need

9:52

eighty five votes, and we have a short window here,

9:54

and I'll be calling them all before

9:55

the twenty third of January. And

9:58

also, there's some states where

9:59

they vote for these new ones to come

10:02

in before the big vote. So

10:04

I'm not sure yet if I have to talk

10:06

to them too. I don't know who gives to make

10:08

the votes, the incoming or the outgoing.

10:10

So I'll check on that. But

10:12

with Lee and even others,

10:14

we're not Jenna pull from each

10:17

other. We I would be might be

10:19

all these people in the R and C.

10:21

It's taking votes from her. So

10:23

if everybody stays below eighty five,

10:25

it's a you have another vote. In another

10:27

vote. This would give me more time. I'm I

10:29

have the solutions. I bet I've

10:31

been every business I've had

10:34

successful. I know when you get and

10:36

I have faced adversity. They

10:38

right now are facing the biggest

10:40

collapse ever. I mean, and they're

10:42

and our country is facing the biggest collapse

10:45

and losing our country. And they could

10:47

be a key part of saving

10:49

our country And those people in

10:51

the R and C, they might

10:53

vote for Lee. Well, you know, Mike might as

10:55

much as Mike know about politics. Let's go

10:57

for for Lee. You know? So

10:59

I think these would pull from her

11:01

reasons to pull from her. I'm not afraid

11:03

of that at

11:06

all. And once I talk to

11:08

all hundred and sixty eight,

11:10

I'll have a good handle on if if

11:12

there's other problems that

11:14

from within, like you've just brought up

11:16

this person here. It's a big problem. You got a

11:18

clean house and and you don't

11:20

bring in what they're doing now.

11:22

There was a big article came out too

11:24

little too late. I think it was a gateway partner

11:27

saying, Ronny McDaniel, and I was bringing

11:29

in bringing in an advisory board

11:31

and paying more money out to

11:33

chasing money after, you know,

11:35

chasing money going, hey, let's bring in a

11:37

diaper. Maybe they'll know how to fix things.

11:39

How come we campaign? We we raised

11:41

all this money and and all these

11:44

candidates lost? I'll tell you why the

11:46

ones lost that loss. because

11:47

they were behind them and they got

11:50

cheated by the electronic system.

11:52

The the voting or the

11:54

voting systems we're in right

11:56

now, If you don't change them, you're

11:58

just taking money from

11:59

donors and anybody that wins is

12:02

because they, the

12:04

union party, the globalist, the

12:06

deep state, let them win.

12:08

It's

12:08

very simple. It let them win.

12:11

So I

12:11

welcome Lee and I welcome

12:14

I

12:15

think anyone that goes in, it's all,

12:18

know, all to

12:18

get rid of Ronald McDaniel and

12:20

and to save the r and c and And I, you

12:22

know, I don't know if he's fully declared,

12:25

but MPSI think it'd be great because

12:27

you would have people in that middle group.

12:29

I think that might say, well, Micronelle, what does

12:31

he know about politics? I'll tell you

12:33

what, Jenna,

12:33

I'll tell you what I I know about business,

12:35

and this is a business and I

12:37

know how to get and I know how to market. You

12:40

talk

12:40

about donors. That's not a

12:42

problem. I come in. I'll raise more money than

12:44

would ever be raised in history, but I will

12:46

tell you, It has to be spent

12:48

right. If you don't spend

12:50

it to fix the problem and then be

12:52

proactive to men, you you're it's

12:55

the whole thing is frivolous that you even

12:57

went out and got their money and it's a

12:59

shame. It would be absolutely a

13:01

shame to get all that money And

13:03

that's what the R ELON is doing. They just doubled down

13:05

on their marketing. You know, you get three more

13:07

emails from Rana a day going,

13:09

hey, Hersha Walker, get behind her. So what are

13:11

you guys gonna do for her all. And

13:13

then

13:13

I've heard they're not even doing anything. They're

13:15

getting outspent. There is. It is.

13:17

I'm probably getting ready for their big Christmas

13:19

party. I don't know. Yeah.

13:21

But but that is so well

13:23

said, MIKE, and this is exactly why

13:25

you would be such a great lead of

13:27

the R and C and no one in

13:30

this country regardless of whether, you

13:32

know, like Trump, they love you or hate

13:34

you. No one

13:36

can doubt or question

13:38

the fact that you have been more

13:40

committed and put more of your own

13:42

personal money

13:44

reputation credibility, everything on the

13:46

line to fight for this country, and fight

13:48

for election integrity, and

13:50

continue to fight in all of the right ways and

13:52

ask goal of the questions and you haven't backed down and

13:54

you've shown immense courage and

13:56

you know enough about politics

13:58

to know that this is a business. You know that

14:00

this is corruption, you know that this is

14:02

a unit party, and I'm so sick of

14:04

the Republican Party for what

14:06

they're not doing for America. And that's why

14:08

we need change that's why

14:10

so many people are so frustrated with

14:12

the current Republican Party, and they're America

14:14

first, and they loved President Trump. And

14:16

so with everything that you're wanting to

14:18

do, I think with you at the helm, you

14:20

would ask the right questions, you would fire the

14:22

right people drain the Republican

14:25

Rhino swamp that is the

14:27

RNC and actually back the people

14:29

who maybe aren't the the professional

14:31

handpicked candidates. They're the ones who the

14:33

genuine patriots who as

14:35

this country was founded on, we the people

14:37

get to select from among ourselves. No one

14:39

ever founded this country

14:41

saying that we needed to have professional politicians.

14:44

that wasn't the goal of this

14:46

country, and that's actually gotten us so

14:48

far off track. So when we look

14:50

at election integrity and we look at

14:52

everything that's going on, in

14:54

Arizona. What's what's your take

14:56

on what's going on and why we do I I

14:58

agree with you. I think we need a new election

15:00

in Arizona because of all of the

15:02

issues.

15:02

I to I'm gonna backtrack a

15:04

little bit on what you said to the remember,

15:06

at the precinct level, all these

15:08

precinct committeemen or whatever these RNC are

15:10

the these Republic cons at that level.

15:13

We've filled tens of

15:15

thousands of spots over the last year and a

15:17

half. And that goes from the

15:19

bottom up. Now I'd be taking it from the

15:21

top down. And and

15:23

you're exactly right when

15:25

you say, oh, oh, here's what I

15:27

was gonna bring up. So, like,

15:29

let's just say they're they're raising money

15:31

for, oh, we're gonna get people to

15:33

register and stuff. Well, you can go

15:35

you you gotta look at these states with going on. Now

15:37

look at Pennsylvania, once again had

15:39

more votes and voters. They have

15:42

millions of more people on their dirty

15:44

voter rolls that should be there. if

15:46

you actually took them off. I

15:48

believe that Pennsylvania is

15:50

a Republican state with more

15:53

Republicans than Democrats. if

15:55

you actually cleaned up the roll. So these are things

15:57

that you have to look at. And

15:59

and

15:59

then when you say too,

16:02

when you say, well, you know, this

16:05

this they said, well, MIKE, they'll

16:07

bring diversity or or

16:09

division or whatever. I don't believe that. The

16:11

only ones divided are the bad people

16:13

we want to get rid of. When you talk

16:15

about people in this country, I

16:17

don't care who it is. I've been from

16:19

California to Florida and everywhere in

16:21

between the people. I don't care

16:23

even what party you're in. They

16:25

want they want this stuff gone. They

16:27

want they wanna have free and fair elections

16:29

and have American dream back

16:31

that, you know, I have no problem

16:33

with somebody else winning if

16:35

they're if they were elected

16:37

fairly. And, you know, and, generally, you know, what's

16:39

really made people ask me, they

16:41

go, well, Mike, what what what if they are

16:43

you gonna you lose this, are you

16:45

gonna be okay with the with the

16:47

election? Well, yeah. Because you know what? It's

16:49

paper It's a secret ballot

16:51

hand counted. One a concept. Now

16:53

you go down to Arizona. I'm gonna tell

16:55

you some good some good news there everybody.

16:58

Come

17:00

going into the the

17:02

counties, there was MIKE and Cochise.

17:04

And I talked to all these

17:07

these supervisors there. And

17:09

as everybody knows, coaches

17:11

did not certify MOHABI

17:13

did, and the guy made a statement. He

17:15

said, I am doing this under

17:18

duress. I've been told I would

17:20

be sued. are are I mean,

17:22

put in jail if I vote

17:24

no to not certify. And

17:26

Jenna, they were threatened. They

17:28

were threatened. And

17:31

is

17:31

a disgusting place we're in

17:33

in our country. There was one of them on

17:35

the phone with me and one of the attorneys.

17:38

And remember

17:38

now see everybody who's paying for all

17:40

the attorneys down there now because the R and C

17:42

backed out, I'll give you a I'll give you

17:45

a hint. the Lindell Re

17:47

offense fund and others citizens.

17:50

And

17:50

so,

17:51

anyway, what what I was seeing there

17:54

is This this scale was

17:56

on the phone and she's one of the ones

17:58

that vote in one of

17:59

the

17:59

counties and she says, can you

18:02

guarantee me that I'm not gonna get

18:04

a rev it. And if we have

18:06

provoked no one to not certify, and the

18:08

attorney on the phone says, absolutely,

18:10

they can arrest you. Done nothing wrong. This is

18:12

your job. this is what you can

18:14

do. And she goes, what? It seems

18:16

like they can do anything nowadays. You know what?

18:18

I said, Jenna, I said, you know

18:20

what? He can't give you

18:22

that guarantee. because we are in a

18:24

lawless society right now. I

18:26

personally had my property taken,

18:28

my phone. Our great real

18:30

president was They weaponized the

18:32

FBI against him. Many people in

18:34

Colorado getting their doors bashed in by the

18:36

FBI and nobody gets arrested.

18:38

So I said to her, you know what? It could happen.

18:40

Anything could happen in the in where

18:42

we're facing. Sure. They would release you. Wait. Wait. But

18:44

I did assure her I

18:46

said, I will be there for you. I will be there

18:48

for you if I'll be the first

18:50

one to get you out and to

18:53

cover anything. but you know

18:55

what? They they were tried to be courageous, but

18:58

MIKE County decided under duress. They

19:00

have families, Janet, and they were threatened.

19:02

Ellis is not just law fair, but it's

19:05

also physically threatened,

19:07

basically. If you're gonna go to

19:09

jail, you're afraid of that. but

19:11

Cochise County, they stood

19:13

their ground and they did

19:15

not certify. Now

19:17

everybody, there's so many great things going on

19:19

in Arizona, And and I would

19:21

say, well, why aren't you filing anything now?

19:23

There is a strategy and

19:25

we wait till Katie Hobbs

19:28

when she we'll have to see how those plates out. If when

19:30

when she served in Arizona, there's a

19:32

law there, you have to wait for

19:35

certification to then you have five days to

19:37

contest it. or

19:38

something like that. You know, I'm not exactly know

19:42

all the exact

19:43

details, but there's also

19:45

a group, Jenna, There's

19:47

so many different things that were done illegally

19:49

in and wrong in

19:52

Arizona. And one of them is none of the

19:54

machines were certified by the

19:56

laboratories. they had to have that none of them

19:58

were. Well, what did that manifest to? Let's

20:00

just say there was no crime, which there

20:02

was, Kerry Lake one,

20:04

MUSK one, Blake Master's

20:07

one, Doug Masteriano

20:09

one, Master Prudel one, Christina

20:11

Karamo one, Oz one, and

20:13

and Hersha wouldn't be in a runoff if he wants to.

20:15

And I would say, is it what have they all been common?

20:18

They wanted our elections. rights

20:21

it. They wanted to fix our election.

20:23

Well, in Arizona, what a blessing it

20:25

was to wake up on the election morning,

20:27

I I'm praying. I'm going God, please

20:30

let something today that can

20:32

change that that can change everything.

20:34

And I got my I got my My

20:36

prayers were answered because all those

20:38

machines went down. But the

20:40

whole it made national news,

20:42

international news, Fox News

20:44

reported it. I mean, you gotta

20:45

be kidding. These machines

20:47

were and it was in Republican areas.

20:49

While there was other states too agenda that

20:51

went on all across our country, that's

20:53

a whole another story. Arizona made

20:55

the news. Now, you know,

20:58

what they've tried to do is keep it out of the

21:00

news right now. Everyone goes, you

21:02

know, like, let's just talk about

21:04

other things So we don't talk about the

21:06

gateway, the opening, the opening

21:08

we have in Arizona. because once

21:10

things start falling if judges

21:12

really make decisions, and don't

21:14

kick things out for standing. If they make

21:17

decisions, we can get our country

21:19

back and get our elections right

21:21

in very

21:21

short order. Remember, they

21:24

just join them in a very short order. We can bring it back in

21:26

a in a short order with God, all things

21:28

are possible. And I really I'm

21:30

I'm very encouraged and very optimistic

21:33

now more than I've ever been. I tell

21:36

everyone if we were to have that big red

21:38

wave, I believe it would have ruined our

21:40

country forever. We'd have lost our

21:42

country forever. And everyone's gonna come on,

21:44

MIKE, we've heard this before. Here's why,

21:46

Jenna. If we wouldn't have had

21:47

that big red wave, everyone would have

21:50

said, oh, come on our our Our

21:52

election systems are fine. You know,

21:54

the bad people probably should have done that because

21:56

they would have won in the long run. But

21:59

instead,

21:59

everybody affected and any other time in history would have been

22:02

the biggest red

22:02

wave ever known to man because of

22:05

what the destruction that's going on in

22:07

our country. But instead,

22:09

they steal the Senate and they barely

22:11

hear, let's just the union party. Let's give them

22:13

the house. We'll throw them a little

22:15

treat.

22:15

but now everybody's going, hey,

22:18

there's problems. You know,

22:19

you think I would have been able to run

22:21

for chairman of the R and C to clean that

22:24

up if If there'd have been a big red wave, no, they would have said,

22:26

oh, Ronna McDaniel, she's look

22:28

at the great things they did with the money.

22:30

You know?

22:31

And But by

22:33

but by what happened, it

22:35

opened the door up. Everybody knows that

22:37

we we could end up like Venezuela

22:40

or Brazil. They're fighting for their lives

22:42

over there. and and down

22:44

the road be like China where those

22:46

courageous people over there are standing

22:48

out, say, we're not Jenna take

22:50

it anymore. you know,

22:50

and this is where we're at. We are in the apex in history

22:53

in our country. Do you know Jenna

22:55

during Jenna during the ELON

22:58

last two years for me,

23:00

and I'm sure you've seen it

23:02

yourself, the blockers. My biggest

23:04

obstacles have been the Republican

23:06

politicians from Robin Boss in

23:08

Wisconsin, Brad Rafsenberger down

23:10

there, Doug Ducey's of the

23:12

world, these people and the

23:14

legislatures in every single the Republican legislatures

23:16

in all these swing states, but

23:18

you got the

23:19

big R and C out there

23:22

get raising all this money and by them not

23:24

doing nothing. When

23:26

they're they're they're they're they're supposed to

23:29

be the engine behind getting

23:31

these candidates elected and getting

23:33

the wins. And if they're doing nothing,

23:35

which they haven't done anything, that's

23:37

as bad as the people that were the

23:40

blockers.

23:49

administration has caused a financial crisis and

23:51

they have no clue how to fix it. Oil prices

23:53

have skyrocketed and when oil prices

23:55

go up not only do your expenses go up

23:57

but the cost of transportation and

23:59

shipping leading the prices of goods

24:02

to MIKE. And when and we are

24:04

already seeing record inflation. That's

24:06

the last thing that we need. Our

25:02

25:04

you know, is the sponsor of the Jenna Ellis

25:07

show, and his latest offer

25:09

is for the my

25:11

pillow towels. Towels just don't seem

25:13

to dry you anymore. They feel soft and lotiony in

25:15

the stores, but you get them home and they just

25:17

don't absorb very well. Mike

25:19

MIKE at Mypella found that around

25:21

two thousand six, towels actually changed

25:23

forever. They started importing

25:25

them and adding softeners and other things

25:27

to the cotton that made them feel good, but they

25:29

just didn't work. So he found the best

25:31

towel company right here in the USA.

25:34

They have proprietary technology to create

25:36

towels that feel soft but actually

25:38

work. We all love stuff that works. And

25:40

they're all made in the USA with

25:42

cotton and they come with the my

25:44

sixty day money back guarantee.

25:46

So right now for a six piece set, which is two bath,

25:48

two hand towels, and two washcloths,

25:51

regularly a hundred and nine

25:53

ninety nine now only

25:55

thirty nine ninety nine. I

25:57

have several packages of these. I love

25:59

them. They come in a variety of

26:01

colors. So definitely go and get that today.

26:03

26:18

26:21

your promo code, Jenna, and go to

26:23

mypillow dot com. And of course, we

26:25

all want to support MIKE LINDELL because

26:27

he's a a great American as well. Yeah.

26:29

And this is why you rightly call it

26:31

a unity party because if

26:33

the Republicans were

26:35

genuinely concerned about their own

26:38

candidates and about election

26:40

integrity and free and fair elections and

26:42

everything working according to state

26:44

law, then you would have election

26:47

administration run fairly, you would have

26:49

Republican led legislators cleaning

26:51

up the roles they would Institute

26:53

voter ID, they would have a process

26:55

as I've been saying for the last two

26:57

years. They would have a process

27:00

by which elections can be

27:02

quickly challenged and in a

27:04

method that provides not only

27:07

a process so that you don't get kicked out for

27:09

standing or it's not ripe or all of these other

27:11

things. But you actually have a hearing on the

27:13

merits and they would provide a

27:15

remedy for corrupted

27:17

elections or for elections that were

27:19

administered not according to state law. But why

27:21

aren't Republicans doing this? the answer

27:23

to that question is very, very

27:25

obvious, and the answer is the unit

27:27

party. So, you know, Mike, in just the

27:29

last few minutes that I have with you though, I wanna

27:31

ask you as well about about

27:33

Twitter because Elon Musk just today,

27:35

I mean, this is breaking news right now.

27:37

He confirmed that Twitter has

27:40

interfered with elections. In

27:42

a response to report from

27:44

Reuters, Musk actually

27:47

replied, quote, the obvious reality as

27:49

longtime users know is that has

27:51

failed in trust and safety for a very

27:53

long time and has interfered

27:55

in elections. Twitter two point o will

27:57

be far more effective transparent

27:59

ELON even handed. So

28:01

I've been asking Elon

28:03

Musk for, you know, since he took

28:05

over to reinstate your account

28:08

What is your perspective on all of that?

28:10

Well,

28:10

I've been I've actually publicly

28:13

said I would want this

28:15

before. This you could go back a month or two, and

28:17

I said, I want to meet with Elan. And

28:19

I said, what I wanted to

28:21

meet with them was to show

28:23

him the evidence and say, hey, because

28:26

he's a smart guy and say,

28:28

wall, you know, two hours with

28:30

my best guy and say, here, look

28:32

at this. Do you see the urgency we lose our country if

28:34

we don't have paper ballots and counted

28:36

and get rid of these voting machines and all

28:38

this? He would be he's got a

28:40

big voice. and that was gonna be with

28:42

him going, hey, and this is

28:44

why they took me off Twitter because

28:46

of the truth that I had. And

28:48

I was gonna show him that and say, you know, here's

28:50

this and this. Well, now I just heard that

28:52

he he's putting everybody back

28:54

on Twitter this week. As long as they didn't

28:56

break any laws, and I'm

28:58

waiting to see that. But I

29:00

still would like the open or,

29:02

you know, I would love to meet

29:05

with him regardless if he puts me

29:07

and stays me or not and say, but maybe I'm

29:09

tweeting out. That's where he's doing all his

29:11

shocking. I can say, hey, here's why

29:13

I got kicked off with

29:15

Twitter. put up whatever I have from

29:17

my best evidence just like we have on

29:19

Frank's speech and say Elon could we have

29:21

a sit down and because

29:23

I I wanna make sure I'm not gonna put up anything

29:25

that's gonna get me kicked off again. Right?

29:28

And by crooked back,

29:30

Darcy, who who

29:32

Jack Dorothy, by the way, when you when Elon

29:34

says they did elections. We have

29:36

all kinds of stuff and evidence

29:38

from back then of where Twitter was

29:41

involved directly, get

29:43

this with some government officials,

29:45

including a secretary of

29:47

state, of a certain

29:49

state state,

29:50

and and they broke laws. They

29:52

put a huge laws broken back then.

29:54

and lately, and nothing was done about it.

29:57

Instead, I wanna

29:58

quick tell you Ellis.

29:59

Jenna, this is breaking news

30:02

for everybody. Remember my big

30:04

lawsuits with these machine companies

30:06

when I asked Dominian D'Sumi,

30:08

we

30:09

now in discovery And the reason

30:11

I did, we could go out and discover, hey, you gotta

30:13

show us what's inside these machines. You

30:15

need to show us, well, we we subpoenaed

30:18

thirty seven, I believe counties to

30:20

get their to, you know, to the stop request

30:22

from there inside the

30:25

machines.

30:25

And one of them now in

30:28

Kent County Michigan yesterday,

30:30

the judge ruled, no,

30:32

not only are we I'm not gonna let

30:34

you look inside these machines,

30:36

I'm gonna

30:37

sanction you and your lawyer, Mike MIKE,

30:39

to pay the county for even

30:41

asking something like this.

30:43

And I

30:44

mean, where are we, Regina? When I can't even defend myself

30:47

and go get my things that

30:49

you're an attorney and where we come to as

30:51

a as a country

30:54

where are we completely lawless or you

30:56

you know, I pray that judges are gonna

30:58

bring our

30:58

country back and start having courage

31:01

and just to look at things and not just kick things

31:03

for standing or we're basically right

31:05

there. No, you can't look, Mike. And by the

31:07

way, just for us, and we're gonna make

31:09

you pay money. Wow. That

31:11

it's it's incredible. And I think

31:13

you're completely right that we need judicial

31:16

courage and we need judges

31:18

in this country in,

31:21

at every level, state

31:23

and also federal that

31:25

are willing to actually look at

31:27

election challenges on the merits.

31:29

Because if these if

31:31

certification just go through it's a

31:33

rubber stamp, And, you know, elections

31:35

just happen and they say, oh, oh, well, too

31:37

bad. And then you can't do anything before an

31:39

election, you can't do anything after an

31:41

election. then we're a banana republic, and we don't have any recourse.

31:43

And that is not

31:46

the the judicial process in the

31:48

United States of America to say that

31:50

there is no remedy for a

31:52

specific articulable harm. I mean, that

31:54

that makes no sense

31:56

in our Republic and in the way

31:58

that our laws are designed and in the way the

31:59

judicial process works -- Right. --

32:02

other than it's pure

32:04

corruption. That's that's really the only

32:06

response. So so in the just the

32:08

last couple of minutes I have here. So

32:10

so what is you know, you've talked

32:13

about up the r and c

32:15

and and on all of that. But what is

32:17

your main pitch then just in the last two

32:19

minutes to people who are

32:21

listening to this, who want

32:23

that to happen within the R and C? How can

32:25

they help you? How can they support you?

32:28

Well, the this is kind of a different

32:31

thing here because I'll be actually calling

32:33

all one hundred and sixty eight of them

32:35

and getting a full picture of the r and

32:37

c. And then telling each member, each member

32:39

is my own sales pitch. I mean it what

32:41

I say from the heart, here's what I can

32:43

do. Here's what I'm gonna do, and it's not gonna

32:45

take a long time. If you are a

32:47

if you're out there now, the bet one of the

32:49

things you could go to precinct strategy

32:52

dot com and a precinct

32:54

strategy, you or yourself can become one

32:56

of these these precinct

32:59

person and that's the bottom of the RNC that and

33:01

then it goes up from there. The RNC

33:03

never wanted those positions filled. There

33:05

was over two hundred thousand of

33:07

them see. We've filled a lot of them, Jenna,

33:09

but they vote on these people,

33:11

these middle people, and and then, of course,

33:13

you have them those people up

33:15

above voting for their chairman in

33:18

stuff. But they I

33:20

guess, you know, prayers are always

33:22

welcome. And and I do

33:25

give everybody Ellis everybody because

33:27

they're one of the biggest comments I'm getting, well,

33:29

Mike, we want you to keep fighting for

33:31

our elections. Let me

33:33

tell everybody about this. this

33:35

is the same fight. My

33:37

thing I will never ever ever

33:39

give up if we don't if we don't fix

33:41

our election system, Dow, we

33:43

lose our country. I've said it over and over

33:45

again. One of the things Jenna, our

33:47

the R and C as a whole,

33:49

There is no judge, I believe, in this

33:52

country. If you went before him for an election

33:54

process, can say can kick the

33:56

out for no standing. Do

33:58

you agree? Yeah,

33:59

absolutely. And so, I mean, you know, this

34:02

is exactly where you need to

34:04

have the rules that make

34:06

sense MIKE you need to apply the rules

34:08

fairly and I think that you fighting for

34:10

this is is really

34:12

amazing and I'm so grateful

34:14

Mike, that you were stepping in to to have this fight.

34:17

And so I wanna say one

34:18

more I wanna say one more quick thing. If

34:20

you're if you're a donor,

34:23

if you're a donor that is given to the RNC

34:26

if if you, you know,

34:28

reach out to the RNC and tell them that

34:30

they that you want

34:32

my Glendale in there because you want your

34:34

dollars protected. I will

34:36

tell you, I will not any

34:38

dollar that I've, you know, But that would I

34:40

would solicit or come into the RNC and

34:42

C that will be spent the best

34:44

it can possibly be spent, and I

34:46

will promise that to save

34:48

your country. And

34:49

that's a huge, huge

34:51

distinction from where the party is going right now. I

34:53

would love to know what happened to the over

34:55

three hundred million dollars that was raised

34:57

you know, the aftermath of the twenty twenty election. Where

35:00

exactly did that go? Because Lana has

35:02

never provided transparency on that.

35:04

Shockingly, no one has

35:06

ever audited that money.

35:08

Right? Because somehow, you know, audits

35:10

are now bad. Even though in the business world,

35:12

we all know that that's actually something that's good

35:14

for transparency

35:16

accountability. But can can people also call

35:18

themselves, you know, some of these board members,

35:20

or is there a process to

35:22

contact them?

35:22

you know, unless you already know

35:25

them, that's something I you know, I'm

35:27

not I I would rather call them

35:29

all myself right now first, but

35:31

if you know them personally or you're part of it.

35:33

I think you can get their names right on the Internet.

35:35

You just put the hundred and sixty eight R and

35:37

C board members and

35:40

their names are and if you know one, and or if you

35:42

or if you donate the people you'd

35:44

you know, everyone's donate to the that

35:46

donate to the R and C, they have their

35:50

contract person, so to speak. And I've been hearing from

35:52

the big donors. I think those

35:54

people at the R and C need to

35:56

hear from the big donors. and

35:58

from the micro donors.

35:59

And so, yeah,

36:00

I encourage that. You

36:03

know, if you

36:04

what I don't I guess, I don't think

36:06

it's I don't know if it would do

36:08

any good for, you know, half

36:10

a million emails going into each one.

36:12

I think that would be I'd

36:15

like to, you know, I

36:16

would like to, you know, hear the people that

36:18

already have relationship with them just

36:20

voice your opinion because And

36:24

maybe,

36:24

you know, maybe you have

36:25

questions for me. One of the things we've been taking

36:28

questions on my MIKE, on

36:30

the Frank speech app. You can get that app by my shows every day six

36:32

six PM central. And we

36:35

I've been taking, you know, calls

36:37

from the people and And

36:40

and I've been learning, you know, what

36:42

the people want. Jenna, I have not

36:44

heard one person I've called yet

36:46

that does

36:48

not want me to to win and to and to

36:50

and to run. This is before I said I was

36:52

running. So that's really encouraging for me.

36:54

I haven't

36:56

heard anybody call up and say, why are you running? We don't need you. You're gonna the

36:58

r and c. Well, yeah. I guess she

37:00

can't root something. It's already ruined. Right?

37:02

And there is that. Right.

37:05

A hundred percent. And, you know, I actually had a Twitter

37:07

poll just the other day about

37:10

whether or not

37:12

people wanted Rana to be

37:14

on. And then I had, you know, you

37:16

and and Lee Zeldin

37:18

on there as Ellis. And in the

37:20

and I'm trying to look for it here, but I think

37:22

it, you know, something now over ten thousand votes. I mean, it was

37:25

it was a lot of people on

37:28

there. And oh, yeah. Here it is. Okay. So eleven thousand one

37:30

hundred votes are the final results.

37:33

Ronald McDaniel got

37:36

two percent. So and then you and

37:39

Lee's elder made up the other

37:41

ninety eight percent out of eleven

37:43

thousand one hundred votes

37:46

across Twitter. So -- Right. -- you know, in Twitter polls like Dan Skovino

37:48

for President Trump always loves those

37:51

because it's interesting. It's always

37:53

just one vote, one account. You can't go and

37:55

vote multiple times. You always you know,

37:58

it's it's reported

37:59

right away. But I think that that

38:02

just shows the pulse of where the Republicans and the

38:04

true Republicans and the conservatives are at.

38:06

They don't want Rana, they want her gone

38:10

and they want a genuine patriotic

38:12

party again that respects America's

38:14

values, wants free and fair elections, and

38:16

wants the law enforced. I mean, is

38:19

really too much to ask.

38:21

Right. Absolutely. They did a poll again

38:23

or two, and it was it was

38:25

Ron again. Less than one percent there.

38:27

I got fifty six percent we got

38:29

forty three percent. So we're forty

38:32

three, forty four. So it's pretty much the same.

38:34

That's kind of the temperature all over right

38:36

now, but I don't think that, you know, they haven't heard about what

38:38

the solutions

38:40

that I have,

38:41

and they haven't heard,

38:42

you know, if you did a poll based on

38:45

I mean, it's just a poll without anybody saying, hey, what

38:47

they're gonna do to fix it or whatever.

38:50

And so even though I'm, you know,

38:52

way in

38:53

the and that's not even saying how I would fix it, and

38:56

I would fix it very fast. I think the

38:58

I think the people even in the within

39:00

the R and C in the

39:02

country know what I've had to

39:04

face with my my company with over two thousand employees and all we've had to

39:06

go through, we've had to make

39:08

decisions based on a

39:10

changed footprint. you

39:12

know, our footprint changed, and we had to make some very

39:15

good and very critical

39:18

decisions at at the

39:20

time. And and they were good

39:22

they turned out to all be good decisions

39:24

to get to where where we are today.

39:26

And the R and C, it

39:28

not only needs to be picked, but it needs to

39:30

be fixed fast. We've got one of

39:32

the most important elections in the world

39:34

history coming up in twenty twenty four.

39:37

And if we don't fix

39:39

things now, we've got you know, two years to to do

39:41

it. Basically, I could serve a year and a half because I

39:43

want everything fixed before the way long

39:45

before the election. And

39:48

And

39:48

you know and right

39:49

now, they can that board that they're gonna

39:51

bring in, okay. Hey. Hey. It's okay.

39:53

donors keep pouring money in because we got a

39:55

new advisory board. Well,

39:58

aren't

39:58

the same people in place?

39:59

You just add in more people advising

40:02

the bad people that made bad

40:04

decisions before. That

40:06

whole advisory board, especially

40:08

with black masters on it, and a couple it

40:10

feels like she's just trying to say,

40:13

please, don't say anything negative because I didn't

40:15

fight for you and I didn't help you win

40:17

your election. So we're we'll create a little

40:20

advisory board position and put you on there

40:22

so that you talk bad about us.

40:24

I mean, it's so political. It's so

40:26

dirty and it's so corrupt. And and

40:28

everybody sees through it and they're tired of

40:30

it. So Also, Michael Andell, you have the the the

40:32

Michael and Dell offense fund. It's not a

40:34

defense. It is offense fund.

40:36

Right. So how can people donate to that?

40:38

Because

40:39

you help the LINDELL lindell

40:41

legal offense fund dot org

40:43

or lindell legal fund dot

40:45

org, either one, and We

40:47

have been so horizontal now. I've got, you know,

40:49

tens of millions of dollars of my own money, but

40:51

now it's getting so big with all

40:54

these things going on across

40:56

our country we can really use everybody's help there

40:58

in the

41:00

interim

41:00

care if it's five

41:01

dollars, ten dollars

41:04

or or

41:04

five hundred thousand. And and we really we

41:07

really it's funny, Jenna, that

41:09

they now that this

41:12

has happened, We seen an uptick of people wanting to help there,

41:14

and I guarantee every

41:16

dollar that comes in there will go in

41:18

the best place to help save

41:20

our country. And

41:22

I've said that from the beginning, and so

41:25

we

41:25

appreciate that. Awesome. Well, I

41:27

love

41:27

and support you, LINDELL. Thank

41:29

you so much everything you're

41:31

doing for this country, for election integrity, for

41:33

championing Christ, and for the values that America's

41:36

founded upon.

41:38

I I you're so

41:40

inspirational and you are someone who has always

41:42

stood up with courage to

41:44

continue to ask the questions, fight the

41:46

right fights, and I will be praying

41:48

for you for this

41:50

battle support you a hundred percent. And thanks

41:52

so much for joining me today. Really

41:54

appreciate

41:54

it. Thanks, Shanna. Thanks, everybody.

41:56

God bless you all.
