In this episode of the Jennifer Zee Plant-based and Happy Podcast, I had the amazing opportunity to chat with Michelle Muench AKA the @bananablondie108

Michelle is such an amazing person and with her hilarious videos and real talk about all things yoga and plant-based, I quickly became a huge fan of hers. In our conversation, we talked about her more recent YouTube video "I'm No Longer Vegan" and in light of the current trend of some influencers who have left the vegan lifestyle, she answers the burning question: Is there ever a reason to give up on the vegan lifestyle? To say that she is an inspiration to me and one of the reasons why I decided to give yoga another try is an understatement. 

Michelle Muench is a 42-year-old yoga enthusiast, mother of two, and vegan advocate.  She began practicing yoga back in 2000 as a way to deal with chronic back pain.  Since then, it has been her passion to share the many benefits of yoga.   Her website, ThrivingPlantBased.com is where she shares her yoga classes and knowledge of the plant based lifestyle to help people live happier, healthier and more compassionate lives.
