This is the pinnacle of God’s redemptive (the thread of redemption runs through the entire Bible)! As he redeems people, he gathers them together in community, the Church. Jesus is the only way into this new community of redeemed people. Therefore, our mission, one given to us with great authority and power (binding and loosing), is to tell and show the story of Jesus.
