He is a McGill graduate, who has specialized in business valuations for more than 35 years, performing valuations for corporate, transactional and taxation purposes. He has been a valuation advisor for the Federal Department of Justice, CRA, Québec Financial Markets Authority, Québec Department of Revenue and Attorney General of Ontario. Mr. Wise has presented more than 200 conference papers in both Canada and the U.S. and he serves on several boards and committees of various professional societies.
