Originally founded in 2005, The Interview Doctor® was a partnership of Dan Toussant and Katherine Burik. In 2017, Katherine became the sole owner as Dan moved into recruitment with his company Dan Toussant and Associates.

The Interview Doctor® works with individual job search candidates and companies to improve their hiring process. We help clients find a better way to interview more successfully to find the job or candidate you love and make a better match. Our passion is to teach, coach, and speak to groups about effective interviewing, resume building and handling the process of finding a job or the right candidate in a way that connects well with recruiters and candidates.

Job Talk is an audio blogging service of The Interview Doctor and is one way that Katherine shares tips and information to people looking to find a new career and a new job. Katherine and Dan are also co-authors of the book trilogy known as The Job Seeker Manifesto.
