My podcast is me playing my guitar in the morning! Someone said that how you start your day can determine your mood and attitude towards of the rest of your waking hours. So I thought, why not play some music. Music for me in the morning is my form of meditation. I'm still practicing md learning to get better but I wanted to share this anyway. Still progressing but I hope that you find peace, calm, and positivity in the music as much as I do!
