Renee spent 40 years on the Diet Yo-Yo until she overcame emotional eating and lost her weight in 2012. After nine years (and counting), She never regained it. Now she helps others find what is driving them to food for comfort or stress relief so they can shed the weight they want to AND keep it off.
Her book is: What's Really Eating You, and her TEDx talk is Emotional Eating: Lose the Weight AND Keep It Off has over a half a million views.
She has a Masters in Counseling, a clinical residency, and training in both traditional and contemporary models of care.
