Micro-aggressions are no fun.  They are something a lot of us have dealt with but may not have known the term for them.  You know, when someone says things like "you're cute for a brown skinned person," or wants to touch your hair, or insists "you have to be from somewhere else because you look".......

Those are all micro- agressions! We dive into them in this episode, how to recognize them and 4-5 tips on how to deal with them.  Plus we share the deets on our own experience with micro- agressions in the last few weeks.
