In this weeks' episode of the show we discuss distractions, speed humps and all those unwanted events that perhaps take you off course from your goals. Whether those goals are work, business or life orientated, they can be distractions.

We explore, however, if they really are distractions or could it possibly be a blessing in disguise? This is truly a case-by-case issue and it generally can be a sensitive one, but in general if we all applied a different mindset, one that we will explore during this episode, they could be one of your biggest superpowers. 

Regardless whether it's a positive or a negative one, you can use these distractions and implore humility, courage, fearlessness and a true understanding of empathy.
