As the Gypsies gaze upon the ancient mural deep in the catacombs of the Church of the High Hunt, it dawns on them that they may be tied up with dark and powerful forces beyond their will. At least to the less sceptical among them, the fates seem to have clasped sinister knuckles about their future. What secrets does this room hold? The prophecy speaks of six coming from the south, upon a breeze, headed by a wolf. Could this refer to our brave heroes? The axe that belonged to Father Orius is the key, but what would they be opening? Some locks serve a purpose that curiosity should not meddle in. One thing is certain; the key to such a lock must not be left in untrustworthy hands. From what Brother Draug recounts, Chaplain Blackwood, the one seeking the stolen axe after a raid on the Church, is not an ally beyond suspicion.
