A lawsuit is pending.Mr. Harrington and his staff have literally embodied what it means to be UN professional. He saw a Facebook post I posted to which he disagreed. Instead of just blocking and moving on like most people, He decides to screenshot the post to add to his podcast. After realizing screenshot was done, I told him to NOT use my information on the podcast. I told him to stick to the point and NOT me as a person. In most cases, Folks typically do that. As a person that's been on multiple forms of media, I have never ever seen something like this. He did the initial podcast 4 hours AFTER I had a conversation EXPLICITLY asking him NOT to use my name or information. This was also done for zero reason,as I have been nothing but kind and gracious to him. I literally went to a comedy show to support him as a fellow black man the week prior to all this.I talked to him after he did the initial podcast and told him to take it down. Mind you, I have been nothing but kind to this man. I am appalled that I have to take Mr. Harrington and his team to court. Truth be told, Jamal Harrington is a former colon cancer patient that should be wayy nicer and gracious than he is. I have never met a former cancer patient that is EXTRA hateful and nasty after going through something so life changing. Mr.Harrington barely has a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. If you notice in looking at his place on his podcast, You will notice how bad it looks. He doesnt even have his own place to call his own at 40. This guy has literally accomplished nothing for his life than a few comedy shows and this zero money-making podcast. Several folks have told Jamal to take everything down as this was done for zero reasons. People have told him how hateful this was and how much of an A**hole he is. For anyone wanting to be on this podcast, please take this as a warning that this podcast is not for you. This podcast functions like an angry illiterate mob that seeks to bully people with different opinions. This is not a podcast to jump on to promote or help your brand. This is like a high school clique that invites their little friends on to discuss only things that they want to see and talk about.98 percent of real podcasts out there would NEVER EVER EVER grab someone's information and put it on their podcast without their consent. They would never want to share information that a person told them 200 times NOT to share.This podcast team was asked graciously and kindly to take everything down. They responded with death threats that I cannot repeat on this platform. Mr. Harrington was told that I have dealt with depression, He TOLD me to kill myself. What unprofessional mess is this??
