Meditation is the most fundamental tool we have as humans to ground our energy, re-center our minds, re-align our vibration, re-connect with the Transcendent, access our intuition, or what I call Soul Skills, and step through new portals of consciousness.

I am not going to expound upon all the reasons why you should meditate. My clients come to me with their own whys for beginning a meditation practice.
