This Soul Session is about reframing our perspective of isolation. 

It is about embracing solitude as a consciousness technique for developing your soul skills and growing from this experience. 

We are living in unprecedented times. 

We still very much at the beginning of a pandemic with the COVID-19 virus and all around the world we are being told to socially distance ourselves from others, work from home, self-isolate and quarantine, we are entering into a new period of social pain.  

This may be very painful for some of us.

If we equate ISOLATION with LONELINESS it can create depression. If we start seeing our future through a depressed lens, we can begin to feel panic, and despair.

My focus here is to give you a spiritual perspective about Solitude and Isolation. 

This is an opportunity for spiritual evolution ~ if you choose to embrace it as such.
