Niakesha Woodley is President of Career Development Academy, LLC a global educational and professional development platform. With a focus on developing the next generation of leaders with essential soft skills for career and business success. Sought after speaker at colleges and universities she facilitates career readiness and soft skills workshops to help college students successfully transition from college to career. In addition, she serves as Founder and Executive Director of Diversity in STEM Outreach Project a nonprofit based out of Atlanta that focus on early literacy and foundational STEM skills in underserved communities.
