Today for our 79th episode, I wanted to talk about the “December slump”, which is the term I’m assigning to how I’ve been feeling the past week or two, as the holiday season approaches me here in the US.
December has been a weird month for me so far, and I wanted to talk about it to get some thoughts off my chest, share some of the “not so perfect” workings of being in business, traveling full time, etc. and perhaps even work through some of the reasons why I’m feeling like I’m in a “slump” at the moment. Maybe I’ll even have a solution by the time we end this podcast.
Now this is one of those episodes where I start with 10 bullet points I want to discuss and then see where it goes. I truly have no idea where this one is going, so hopefully you can follow along and find it valuable.
This episode is being recorded in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I’m here visiting family and having an early Christmas celebration with my in-laws.
So what exactly am I talking about when I say I’m in a slump? Let’s get to it here as I discuss 10 things, both things that put my into the slump, and my plan to break out of it.
