Tracey’s relationship with her partner ended. Tracey didn’t just lose her relationship. All their friends had been her partner’s friends first. Tracey found herself essentially alone in an unfamiliar city. She took a risk and tried something new. Meanwhile, she had mountains of debt, which she was managing monthly. However, when she lost hours at work, things became a bit more difficult.   Tracey then began to master the “side hustle.” Now she uses her knowledge to teach others to make additional income on the side.

What was the number one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love?

Codependency. That was a big pattern for me in previous relationships.

Who is one person who has changed your life for the better?

My friend Elizabeth.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

“Keep it moving.”

What is a self care habit that you practice regularly?

I am in bed by 9 o’clock. I need my eight hours of sleep.
