What's a spiritual awakening like at 20 years old? Our host and creator, Emilio, tells the story of how he found personal development and built a growth mindset during a rock-bottom moment during his freshman year of university.  In college, we all go through an identity crisis. We are trying to find out who we are and who we want to be.
