The comfort zone. Makes you think about sinking into a couch while binge-watching Netflix, but it can be different for everybody. It’s really more about the mental and physical spaces that we’re accustomed to. This doesn’t mean it has to be bundled up on the couch. For some people, it could be always being in a state of survival mode.
