entitled, How Jesus Solved His Problems. Today,

0:32

he will be sharing the first approach

0:34

Jesus took to solve his problems. Let's

0:36

join him. Today, I want to share

0:38

a very interesting subject I've titled, How

0:40

Jesus Solved Problems. In Job

0:42

chapter 14, verse one, Job said, man

0:45

that is born of a woman is

0:48

of few days and full

0:50

of trouble or problems. Verse

0:52

two says, he cometh forth like a flower

0:55

and is cut down. He

0:57

fleeth like a shadow and

1:00

continueth not. So it

1:02

says, as soon as you are born, you

1:05

face problems. So the question is, when

1:07

you face problems, how do we solve

1:09

these problems? Jesus was a man and

1:12

whilst he was on the earth, he faced many

1:14

problems, all kinds of problems,

1:16

social problems, economic problems, physical

1:19

problems, spiritual problems. How

1:22

did he solve his

1:24

problems? Job chapter two, the first scripture I want

1:26

to read. It says, the

1:29

third day there was a marriage

1:31

in Cana of Galilee and

1:34

the mother of Jesus was there. Both

1:36

Jesus was called and the disciples

1:38

to the marriage. And when

1:41

they wanted wine, his mother said unto

1:43

him, they have no wine. Wow.

1:46

He said, woman, what have I

1:48

to do with thee? My hour is not

1:50

yet come. Verse five, his mother said unto

1:52

the servants, whatsoever he

1:54

says to you, do

1:57

it. Unsolicited problem.

2:00

A man has gone for a wedding in peace. He

2:04

gets to the wedding, he's told

2:06

that all the drinks are finished, and

2:08

suddenly he has to bear the cost

2:11

of the drinks. Interesting.

2:13

Sometimes when people are planning funerals,

2:16

the people who are bringing the ideas,

2:18

they are not going to bear the cost of

2:21

the funeral. The eye is

2:23

on someone. So here

2:25

was Jesus, a man who was in plan for

2:27

any wedding or whatever. There he was, now he's

2:30

confronted with a huge bear. He

2:32

is supposed to provide drinks

2:36

for a marriage that he

2:38

himself is not even the bridegroom. Verse

2:41

6 will continue. Now there was

2:43

said there six water pots of

2:45

stones according to the manner

2:47

of the purifying of the Jews

2:50

containing two or three fair

2:52

kings apiece. A

2:54

fair king was about nine gallons. So three

2:57

is 27 gallons. 27

3:03

times six is what? 162

3:05

gallons. A

3:09

bottle of Coke, I think it is 0.3, and

3:13

a gallon is 4.5 liters. So

3:19

how many bottles of Coke do we have in a gallon? We

3:23

have 13 or let's say roughly 14 bottles

3:26

of Coke in one gallon. So

3:29

14 times 126 is how many bottles of Coke? This

3:36

is the kind of drinks that

3:38

Jesus had to provide. 2,268

3:41

bottles of Coke. Something

3:45

he never planned for, something he never

3:47

asked for, something he never thought of.

3:50

And today it was the problem

3:53

was looking for him. Other people's

3:55

wedding has become his problem. How

3:57

did Jesus solve this problem? Number

4:00

one, how do you solve a problem? To

4:02

solve problems, you must

4:05

do all that is in

4:07

your personal capacity and power

4:09

to solve it. The solution to

4:12

this problem did not start

4:14

with a supernatural solution. It

4:17

started with human effort. He

4:20

did all that was in

4:22

his power, physically

4:25

to solve the problem. When he looked

4:27

around, he said, do you

4:30

have pots here? He said, we have

4:32

pots. He said, how many

4:34

are they? They said six. He

4:37

said, bring the pots. They brought him. When

4:40

they brought the pots, the next thing was to

4:43

make a drink. You need water. We

4:46

may not have the sugar. We may

4:48

not have the flavors, but the water

4:50

is available in the house. So

4:52

Jesus said, well, get

4:55

the seven to fetch

4:57

and carry the water. They were using

4:59

wells. Can you imagine? Even

5:02

the start with the miracle

5:05

is started with intense human

5:07

effort. Every resource

5:09

that they have, they

5:12

brought it to bear on the

5:14

problem. They said, what is here? They said

5:16

pots. He said, it's enough. When

5:19

they finished somewhere

5:22

between when they were carrying the

5:24

water to the MC or

5:26

the ruler of the feast somewhere between, that's

5:28

when the miracle occurred. Now,

5:30

when most people are solving problems, when

5:33

they are questions, sometimes

5:35

when they pray, their prayer

5:37

becomes an excuse not to do

5:40

anything. But if you want to solve

5:42

a problem, you do all

5:45

that you can do in

5:47

your own capacity and strength

5:50

till your strength gets to

5:52

its limit. And

5:54

when it gets to its limit, that

5:56

is when God takes over.

6:05

Many problems up to now remain

6:07

unsolved. Imagine Jesus

6:09

was expecting angels to

6:11

fetch this water. Angels to

6:14

bring this boat. There will

6:16

not have been any miracle. You must do all

6:18

you can do. Most of the

6:20

time people look at what they cannot do and

6:23

because there is some elements within the problem

6:25

that they cannot do, they say because I

6:27

can't do this. They make

6:29

no effort.

6:31

When I built my first house I was 20 something years old.

6:34

I was reading a scripture, Proverbs

6:36

24 verse 3, it says, true wisdom

6:38

is a house built. And

6:41

when I read that scripture as a student,

6:43

it really hit my heart. But

6:45

when I realized that wisdom can build

6:48

houses without a job or salary, then

6:50

I said it means I qualified to build a house.

6:53

So it stimulated me. But my

6:55

problem was, how do I build a house?

6:58

The first thing that came to my mind was I

7:00

needed to buy land. When

7:02

I asked the price of land, it

7:05

was so huge, it could have given me

7:07

running stoop back there and there. It

7:10

was enough to stop me

7:12

in my tracks. But

7:14

the Holy Spirit said to me, do

7:17

all you can do. Within

7:19

your context, within your

7:21

circumstances, do all you

7:23

can do. So I asked

7:25

myself, what can I do? Then

7:28

I realized I could afford to buy a

7:30

switch. Do you know a switch? A

7:33

light switch. So I went to

7:35

town and then I went

7:37

to an electric car shop and I saw one

7:39

light switch. Then I said,

7:41

I want to buy a light switch as if

7:43

I'm buying a drink or something. Just

7:46

one. So I bought it. When

7:48

I bought it, I came home, I put it by my backside.

7:51

My big brother came, he asked me, what is this? I

7:54

said, the house has

7:56

started. all

8:00

I can do. With

8:04

all my strength there was something I could do. At

8:07

least I was making an effort to

8:10

solve my problem. You

8:12

don't have to see the

8:15

wine first before you get a water pot.

8:18

You can get a water pot although you

8:20

have not seen the wine. At least you

8:22

are doing your part and

8:24

God would do

8:27

his part. Okay

8:29

I word that. So

8:32

little by little I just did

8:34

all I could do. But

8:37

for surprises the things kept on multiplying. For

8:40

surprises my things were becoming a lot. So

8:42

one day my mother-in-law asked me a question that

8:44

all these things do you have

8:47

learned? I said me I don't

8:49

have learned. I said that

8:51

one is God's responsibility and I am doing my

8:53

part. I can't afford it. Then

8:55

she said to me look you've done very well so

8:57

I will give you land as a gift. The

9:03

miracle has started. So even

9:05

the son of God himself to

9:08

solve his problems he

9:10

had to make tangible effort

9:13

on the ground. If you want

9:15

to get married simple. There

9:18

are young men in this church listening to

9:20

me on the internet they can't get married.

9:23

Why? Because when they

9:25

think about the problem of marriage

9:27

their mind goes to a BMW.

9:30

Man I don't know if you

9:32

manage you need a very comfortable

9:34

BMW. Fine you need it. Where

9:36

is the money? Mind

9:38

not high things. Condissent

9:41

men of low estate.

9:44

You ought not to think more highly

9:46

than you ought to think but to think soberly.

9:50

When I was going to get married I used this little strategy. I

9:52

asked myself I'm going to get married. I can't

9:55

afford a wedding. I can't afford this but

9:57

there's something I can afford. I can afford

9:59

an engagement. So there was

10:01

a guy, he was for a bath,

10:03

and he was into metals. So

10:07

I told him, I said, I want to make a ring. He said to

10:09

me, I will charge this amount of money. I said, you

10:11

want my fill, reduce it. So he

10:13

reduced it. You see, I

10:16

couldn't afford the reception, but ask for a ring, I

10:18

can afford. So my mind was on it. So

10:21

I made my ring. I said, look,

10:23

let me do what I can do.

10:26

And I kept on doing what I could do. Till

10:28

finally we were able to have

10:30

a real wedding. So

10:33

many people are stuck. Why? They

10:37

are not doing the little they can do. They

10:39

are focusing on what they

10:41

cannot do. And when you get to the

10:43

end of your strength, you

10:45

have done all you could do. God

10:48

knows. That is when

10:50

the grace of God kicks in.

10:54

And you can go into chapter 12, verse 9, God

10:56

said to Paul, my grace is

11:00

sufficient for you. My

11:02

strength is made

11:05

perfect in weakness. Until

11:08

you reach a point of weakness

11:10

where you cannot do anything for

11:12

yourself. You don't qualify for

11:15

the grace of God. You are too

11:17

strong to qualify. The weaker

11:19

you are, the greater is

11:21

grace. You have to do

11:24

all you can do within your

11:26

power, your strength,

11:29

until your strength is depleted.

11:32

Then when it is depleted, God

11:35

takes over. God has

11:37

promised to bless the work of your hands,

11:39

not the work of your unemployment or laziness.

11:41

It sets the work of your hands. In

11:44

chapter 28 verse 12, it says, the

11:47

Lord will open on the day His good treasure, the

11:50

heaven to give rain onto the land in

11:53

the season. And soon

11:55

bless the work of your

11:57

idleness. Thanks for

11:59

joining us. Be sure to join us

12:01

same time tomorrow as Carver shares Jesus' second

12:03

approach to solving problems, prayer

12:05

and compassion. If you are here

12:08

today, you don't know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior,

12:10

and you want to give your life to Jesus. Pray this

12:12

prayer after me. Say, Lord Jesus, did

12:14

I respect of my things? Please

12:17

forgive me. Come and live

12:19

in my heart. I believe

12:21

that you died for me. Be the

12:23

Lord and Master of my life. Thank

12:25

you Jesus for coming into

12:27

my life. Amen. Before

12:29

we leave here is a praise report to boost

12:32

your faith in the Lord.

12:34

Dear Pastor, I used to

12:36

experience a back and groin

12:38

pain. By God's grace, I no

12:40

longer feel or experience the pain

12:43

in those parts of my body

12:45

anymore after having an encounter with

12:47

you in my dream. In

12:50

my dream, you attacked my head with your

12:52

two hands and I felt

12:55

a manning sensation run through my head,

12:57

through my back and then to the

12:59

right groin of my body. Since

13:02

that encounter with you in the dream,

13:04

I have not experienced this pain again.

13:06

I give him all the glory. Put your

13:08

hands together for Jesus. I

13:31

change the audience like a cabaret. It's

13:33

that simple. A cabaret in a bar up

13:36

on the go with a word. If

13:40

no one can prevent you from enjoying the

13:43

benefits of something, you

13:45

can know about the blood of Jesus that was shed on the

13:47

cross or more is

13:49

real value. This message

13:51

by Pastor Beading titled, There is Something

13:53

in the Blood More Highlight on

13:55

the Significance of the Blood of Jesus in

13:58

Our Life. It's

14:00

time for the push because it

14:03

has female blood. If blood doesn't

come, it washes away. Get
